Very good location, nice pool and nice, friendly staff. They changed bed sheets and the towels mostly everyday. It was good that they had the restaurant “lucky 13” in the same building. The price and the location was very good! I can recommend. And for the people who likes to train, there’s amazing running area around the lake and the temple jujitsu’s very near ;)

Lovely stay at the Nai Harn beach resort, very clean, very helpful staff. The food in the on-site restaurant is amazing, we normally eat out as like to try different restaurants but ended up eating there 5 times in 7 days!

Nice place and friendly staff

Basic but comfortable and well appointed accommodation. Only major drawback is it is situated on a relatively busy road however this did not cause us any problems. Nice location between two good snorkelling beaches though motorbike hire is recommended to get to either. Easy walk to Naiharn beach. Plenty of restaurants about 15-20 mins walk away one or two closer. Nice swimming pool. Staff friendly and helpful.

Very good reasonably priced accommodation in expensive area in Phuket. Good pool, good air conditioning, good WiFi, very clean. Only negative is it is on a busy road ( although not as busy as some) however this did not bother us. An easy walk to cafes, restaurants and shops and to Naiharn Beach.

Awesome place!

The staff were absolutely amazing. They went out of their way to answer any question and help us in any shape or form. The amenities were better than basic for the price we paid. Location is also brilliant. Excellent value for money.

The staff at Naiharn Beach resort are wonderful, especially Khun Aiew. She went out of her way to help us understand the COVID quarantine regulations and made us feel welcome. She also helped arrange a quiet room suitable for us to do our writing work. Great! The food at the restaurant is really good and they have laundry services too. The hotel is next to a lake which is wonderful for morning walks snd it is only a five minute walk to a lovely beach.

The location is great for enjoying Naiharn lake and the beach, the rooms are nice with good space, the pool is beautiful, and the people working there are wonderful. I hope to stay here again sometime!

No car parking and room is not clean and toilet is not good condition and air conditioner is not cool.

Can't beat the location, especially for value for money. Only 800m to Naiharn beach. Rooms are comfortable, clean, kettle + complimentary tea coffee. Wardrobe, desk, hot water, safety deposit box. Onsite swimming pool, bar restaurant that serve great food & drinks. The massam curry here is really good & the breakfast pancakes with cappuccino are excellent.

Love this hotel. The owner and their staffs are so kind. They have dogs and cats. I love to stay in a place where kindly people live.

A beautiful place in a perfect location next to a lake and very close to the beach. The bar next door invites for a drink and the boss and the staff are always helpful and kind.

Great location walking distance to Nai Harn beach, the best beach in phuket.Rooms are well appointed. Comfortable bed, excellent WiFi.The price is most competitive.Yes there are more modern hotels avail but almost twice the price.I highly recommend staying here if you need a quiet room in a good location.My only suggestion would be more water pressure for the shower

There's a lot I liked about my experience staying at the Naiharn Beach Resort. I'll do my best to highlight the good and the unexpected. First, the rooms are setup more like duplex houses as opposed to a traditional hotel.There are roughly two units in each building. I liked this setup as it felt like a home more than a hotel. The rooms are comfortable - common to Thailand, two beds are pushed together to make a double. I didn't have the problem another guest had with the bed dividing, that said I was traveling solo. The room has a nice small fridge and all accommodations you'd need. The staff is absolutely lovely. I checked in late, after check-in hours due to flight issues, but the bar was able to contact someone to open my room. The woman who came was wonderfully friendly. There was an issue during my stay involving a power outage caused by the construction next door. All I can say is that whatever inconvenience I had experienced was offset by the hospitality shown by management. They went out of their way to ensure I was comfortable and happy. Not just that, I truly felt like family and that my pain was their pain. Issues are bound to come up if you travel enough, what matters is how they are resolved. The team showed just how wonderful they were by taking care of me throughout anything that came up.Third, the pool is lovely. Since it's not a huge hotel the pool and setup is a great size.Thank you, team, for the wonderful stay!

The hotel is located just over an hour away from the Phuket airport. We were placed in a room with a king-sized bed, but when we got in bed, we noticed that it was just two twin beds pushed together. My husband and I ended up just sleeping separately as the beds kept moving apart. The beach itself is located about a 10min walk from the hotel. It is heavily populated with tourists which was a bit of a bummer. The area itself is not very walker friendly in terms of finding restaurants. We did really appreciate the hotel in terms of setting up our taxi ride to the hotel from the airport and then setting up our taxi ride to the ferry and our ferry fare.

Great location. Just the right distance from the beach and nightlife to feel a bit removed, but close enough. The staff was very hospitable and accommodating. There are two restaurants on site, which is very convenient if you aren't up to walking into town. Would definirely stay again if I'm back in Nai Harn.
