Very nice design. Calm hotel next to the channel. Excellent breakfast, very friendly staff and owners! Location in short walking distance of city centre and 20 min drive to beaches.

Lovely, modern hotel right by the side of the canal and within easy walking distance of the centre of town. Although we arrived after reception had closed (at 5pm!) the facility to access the hotel and rooms via a web-app meant this was not an issue. Breakfast was adequate and the young girl serving and managing reception was very friendly and helpful.

e were visiting Middelburg so my daughter could visit University College Roosevelt and found this hotel while looking for locations that could handle four people with at least two bedrooms. We had room 13, which had a bedroom with a door, a second bedroom in the loft and a living room and kitchenette. It was perfect! Loved having the extra space! The hotel is fairly new, and everything was very comfortable and super clean. The location was great, a 5 minute walk from the train station and maybe ten minutes walk from the big market square.The owner and his sister were both very friendly and helpful. We will definitely be back!

I could not have asked for a better welcome, a more informative tour and local information from the proprietors.The location was excellent, only a few minutes walk from the train station, it was extremely quiet in my very generious room, which was nicely appointed immaculately clean and replenished cleaned on a daily basis. I will return, without hesitation when I next come to town on business.

Clean and quiet in a good location duper friendly staff and a nice breakfast

Loskade 45 was delightful! The rooms are clean and nicely outfitted. The breakfast was awesome. The service by all personnel was top-notch. The location was perfect - close to the town square of Middelburg, but away from the noise. Bart, Mikkie and crew are doing a great job!

Located near to the train/bus station and to city centre as well. There's many parking spots nearby, but be aware that's is busy during daytime.

Very clean room. very friendly and helpful staff. I messaged hotel on my way going there saying that we need 2 single beds in our room. They replied straight away. When we arrived to the hotel they had already sorted it out. We were very happy with our stay.

Great warm welcome by enthusiastic hotel team, proud to introduce us to this newly opened (July 2016!) boutique hotel in the center of the city, next to the canal. Lots of history in this historical mansion (such as the fact that Dutch Queen Wilhelmina stayed here around 1940's), with its beautiful and high ceilings. The room we had was very spacious, and with the comfi sofa bed, it was an excellent room for our family of 4 (inc 2 teenagers). Modern facilities and still a classic feel. It was a bright and refreshing room with a movable aircon unit, and a very spacious and modern bathroom, and plenty of space for our bags. The supply in the minibar was included in the room rate, as was fast wifi. Rooms on 1st floor can enjoy a terrace for a smoke or some fresh air. Dutch style breakfast from a small but quality buffet (fresh orange juice & fresh coffee) , again in a stylish large and bright restaurant. the hotel team seem to really enjoy their work and took time to chat with guests, and the overall feeling of the hotel was bright, full of energy and upbeat - a happy place to stay.
