Location and staff were great, however the room was not what I expected at all. The description stated it was a twin superior room with a 42” inch tv and plenty of channels. The room was very outdated the bathtub drew a brown maybe rust like water when we tried to run a bath. The tv must’ve been 28” with 10 channels. Overall the whole hotel could do with a major modern renovation. Not impressed.

I booked non smoking room . They gave me a smoking room on first night . Also we had to share bath towel with my wife . And the duvet was too single bed rather than double bed . Air con was not working and room was too cold at night .. they gave us another room after complaining. But the experience on first day left us in bad mood.Hotel .com gave us information that city tax is €2.00 person but they ended charging is €4.00 person per night .. it seems Hotel.com didn’t update information. I don’t think the fees reflect the rating of Hotel per say . I stayed at hotel Agdal(3 star) in Marakech . It seems that Hotel is far much better than this Rihad Hotel WiFi service is good but not good on second floor . The smelly room had fridge which was working, but the suit room . So called top of the range room didn’t have one . And the floor board were old peeling away the top layer Hotel.com booked but they had invoice saying Expedia booked for us .. wonder if Hotel.com made some cut out of booking

Excellent value for money. Friendly staff. Nonproblems. Will stay here again next time.

If possible I would have given this hotel a zero star. My worse experoence for paying for a 4 star hotel and getting the service and cleanness of a 1 star hotel. When we got the room, there was no pillow cover on the pillows . I called room services 3 times to send us pillow covers but nobody showed up, we ended up sleeping without pillows. The garbage can didn't have any bottom so all the garbages was coming out of the can. very dirty sheets and towels with stains were in our room. Please be carefull when booking this hotel, as you won't get the services for the money you paid. the breakfast was very bad so, nothing was fresh. They had expired yougurt , not so fresh breads and unhealthy juices for the breakfast

Not enough towels, and housekeeping staff was disruptive. Parking was tight, lots of construction around hotel.

This could have been a nice esperience exept for two things !. Very Poor customer Service 2. No internet! Today's travel demands internet and when it is advertised, it should have decent internet. I had problems with the staff (and yes they spoke English) about getting a few extra pillows. My wife and I have health issues BTW. I asked a maid and she shook here head yes AND WE WAITED, I then went to the front desk and asked and he said sure he would have them sent right up AND WE WAITED, A couple of hours later I approached the front desk and the new on duty desk clerk said sure he would send them right up AND WE WAITED. I came down an hour later and asked what happened and he said he sent them to the wrong room. They would be sent right up! AND WE WAITED. An hour later 9over five hours from my first request) I came down to the desk and just looked at him. He called someone over and they started arguing. AT this point, I was tired of WAITING. I raised my voice and started yelling. You know what? I got my pillows! I strongly recommend that you stay away from this place and would not even think about going there again.

Lifts were broken. Room was dirty. Curtains broken and stained. Sheets were dusty. Long hair all over the floor. Tv broken not working. Rude staff. Manager was nice but I had to check out after first night.

Asked for another towel which took 6 hours of nagging the hotel staff and them claiming towels were sent when they were not. The internet connection didnt reach our room and when we called about it, hotel staff ignored our complaints.Walls were covered with stains as well as one of the bedsheets on the bed. Breakfast was good and location is excellent but disappointing overall.

For Morocco this hotel is top of the line for the price. Staff is super friendly and kind. Much better than most hotels in the US. Bountiful breakfast included served in a rooftop restaurant with a view of the ocean. All in all a great value!

It was a little difficult to find at first. Street parking was good, but had to be vacated by 8:00 AM.

In-room wifi didn't work. It was working only in the lobby. Room mediocre: remote control didn't work; frigo bar empty; in-room safe too small for a laptop. Breakfast nice. There is a risto-bar in the basement but with expensive prices and you cannot add on the room bill.

This was the worst hotel on out trip to Morocco. Very old, room smelled of mold. Noisy street. Bad smell in the room. The shower is so old that the showerhead fell when my husband took a shower and hit him pretty strong on the foot. Then next morning while we were at breakfast all the towels in the room miraculously disappeared. The cleaning lady took them and didn't leave any clean ones. Also, importantly, we chose this hotel because of parking. It turned out that the only parking they have is several spots in front of the hotel in the street. They were all taken. Parking on the other side of the street has to be paid for from 9 am. They reluctantly offered us to pay till 11 am. One good thing I can say about our stay is breakfast. It was generous and nice.

A very functional, large, quiet room. Bed a little too hard but well appointed. Plate of cookies a nice touch.
