Stayed on the 12th floor, could hear the base from 3rd floor week in to the night. Breakfast poor, restaurant manager over attentive to the point of annoyance. Music in the bar so loud after 10pm couldn't speak. Earlier it had been a mix of western music, later only arabic, which is their prerogative. Hotel tired but rooms OK. Bar staff excellent. Overall i would rather pay more and stay elsewhere but OK if you're on a budget.

In my personal opinion, the hotel was great but honestly, I had to admit that I was very lucky because I got a room on the top floor on one side of the building. The quality of room and service are correct and security and front desk staff are very helpful. The main issue of this hotel is the nightclub located on the second floor and the kind of guests that the hotel has. Mainly based on the sex business which doesn’t make you comfortable in shared areas.

the location is convinient and next a mall. the staff was very good and the room was ok but the toilet seat was stained without enough toilet paper. Hand shower was not working properly.

Check in time was slow... Location 10 out of 10 but parking is not so good .. we had to park on the second floor parking lot of the mall and walk all the way to the hotel ..Hotel is clean but needs a serious upgrade But overall it's good hotel considering the price and location

Overall i was very happy with my 2 nights in this hotel, the staff at the reception where very helpful and polite, the rooms was clean and of a good size, the gym and pool for ok.My only negative would be the breakfast, however this could just be due to the current global situation. Good value, great location and i would happily stay again.

The lady receptionist at the desk on the day I checked out was very helpful. I could not find my shorts. She took my number and called me later, stating they had found the shorts.

A very enjoyable hotel that offers so much. The bar on the second floor served our needs before we went out and we had another drink there at the end of our evening. Although there were various photos online showing a full English breakfast including bacon, this was not the case. Otherwise, very good.

I lost $15k in the hotel. Most likely was stolen from my back bag .
My room has not been cleaned for 2 days and they are asking the gues to ask for cleaning to do the service.
I lost the room key and the receptionist is asking me to pay fees to issue a new key.

There's a soaking tub but the water pressure is so low and not hot enough to actually fill the tub to enjoy a bath. No one came to clean my room until after 5pm.
