Very cute and nice little getaway.

Great place to stay. Room was spotless and centrally located you can walk anywhere in town.

Loved the convenience to shopping and restaurants, and the lake was easily within walking distance as well. Cozy, cute and clean.

The lady that answered the phone when I couldn’t get the door to open was extremely rude to me. Spoke to me like a child. The place was very cute and comfortable

The bathroom floor had 6 to 7 drops of dried blood on it . We cleaned it up. That was the only issue. Enjoyed and will return some day. TY

Great location, cute room

Older building. Very small bathroom, like mist older buildings. Very comfortable bed. Small TV in bedroom. Please dont take this as complaints, just information. Nice location, close to town. Overall very nice place to stay.

Close to shopping

Our room had not been cleaned upon our arrival. It was almost an hour before we could get in the room. The suite was spacious and the ac was great. It was only a block and a half into the shopping dining area which was super convenient. Wonderful little chowder house right next door where we had lunch. The room did lack some basic necessities. There was only one plate and I drinking glass. Plenty of wine glasses!! They have a cute private courtyard where you could have your coffee or afternoon happy hour and meet some other guests. We would stay here again.

Great location, very attentive staff and easy to walk to the food and shops.

My bff and I stayed in #5 w/ 2 queen beds. The room and bathrrom were perfect for us. I could possibly see an issue if you were a large person in the bathroom. We found the beds to be crazy comfy and the room very clean. We were able to walk to all the downtown shops and having a parking spot at the inn was a plus. Only drawback was no full length mirror. Ill definitely recommend this place.

Quaint, clean and good location for walking.

This is the cutest Inn we've stayed in. Rooms were so clean and everything you need. It was like a cute apartment and walking distance to everything in Mt. Dora.

We booked at the last minute and received a welcome call from our hosts immediately. Cute little guest house. Our room had twin beds that were amazingly comfortable. Great location close to town center!

We've stayed at the Heirloom Inn twice now. This lovely old renovated home is perfect. It's like having your own apartment...full kitchen...comfy beds, and in some rooms a living room/sitting area. Everything is in walking distance...which is great because once you park at the property, there is no need to use your car. Checking in is very easy with keyless entry. Call direct or look for deals online.

This is the best place we have ever stayed. We love, love love Heirloom Inn. We will be staying there when we visit.

The location was perfect and walkable for shopping and dining. The Inn was clean, very cozy, and comfortable. Beds were super comfortable, and the bathroom was pretty and had plenty of soap. Outside had a lovely sitting area for happy hour or morning coffee. Owners are very pleasant and were attentive to our needs, great communication and quick response to our text messages. Would absolutely recommend this Inn and would definitely stay here again.

Loved our stay at this inn! We stayed in the Opal Suite, 2nd floor unit with two bedrooms, each room with a queen bed. I sleep on a very comfy Purple mattress at home and the beds are just as comfy. So comfy that I overslept the morning of check out lol. Full kitchen in the unit. Bathroom is brand new! Dave went out of his way to ensure we had everything we needed and met every request. Tanya our housekeeper was wonderful. Very convenient location, walking distance to the beautiful downtown area. Parking on site. Downtown has plenty of shops, great restaurants, friendly locals. Tony’s chowder house right next door has the best clam chowder I ever had! Lake Dora is beautiful!!! I loved the Heirloom Inn and definitely will be back. Highly recommend this cute quaint inn. This is our second time staying in this property. We love the location, its clean and comfortable. The perfect location to walk down the street and enjoy the town with great restaurants and shops. The room is clean, spacious and bed is super comfortable the kitchen is a plus. It also has a cute sitting area to enjoy. I do feel the tv are a bit small but not a big deal. The building is old but its been maintained, the upstairs floors need some TLC however, would highly recommend staying here. Its cozy and cute. Ample of parking.
