Pool was cold, unusable

Room was OK, people were nice and helpful. Breakfast was not what I expect from a Hampton Inn. The quality of the breakfast was below the usual Hampton standard. The WiFi worked, but was difficult to connect to. When a device was turned off and then back on we had to go through the whole signup/sign in process again, sometimes multiple times.

It was a bad experience. The only thing good was the breakfast! It is too far away from away. You have to drive every where. It is like driving in Boston, crazy lanes, exits and people driving all over the place. Because it is difficult to drive too, I order food on a several occasions. The food never arrived even though the delivering service picked it up and delivered it to some one!

It was little disappointing because I wanted to make my nightly tea and the tea maker didn’t work, the shower didn’t get very hot and the room above us stomped around until midnight. In the morning all three treadmills were out of order and the peloton bike didn’t have foot cages so the workout didn’t happen because the rest of the machines were consumed due to having very few working. Was told that a group cam in over the past couple of days and messed up the treadmills.

Great place to stay for family visits. My only wish would be they have dark coffee at breakfast and half and half as well. Parking is great and staff always helpful.

I have paid for my stay with American Express gift card for the last 3 stays. This time they refused to accept. I use it for personal and credit card for business. I picked a room that was suppose to sleep 4, there was one king bed and 2 chairs. Thanks Hotels.com!

Six nights and we never had our room cleaned . The electronic treadmills etc didn’t work for 4 days. Very apathetic staff.

Great location --right beside highway The hotel room is very clean, spacious and comfortable. Very professional service.

Paid extra over adjacent properties for a pool. Then, not heated. Kid was unable to use and is disappointed. Staffing is a little sparse.

We chose this hotel because of it's rating and location. We had no disappointments with our stay all of the places we wanted to get to including the Galleria and North Park Center were close and convenient. We appreciated the extra security at night in the parking lot which made us feel much safer. The property was clean and well kept. Would definitely stay here again.

Traveling with children for spring break, we thought the indoir pool was a big plus. Unfortunately it was uncomfortablely cold and we were unable to tolerate it. Good breakfast. Clean yet items in room could use replacement ie -Mismatch lamp shades, broken desk lamp, missing bed skirt on one of the beds and shower faucet needed repair.

Our last few stays at this hotel have been disappointing. There were dogs barking in the rooms around us and dog feces in the hallway. Where there is poop, there is urine! We reported it to management and they assured us they would clean the carpets, but we are unsure whether we will stay at this property again because of pets staying in rooms. We don't want to sleep in a room where pets have stayed.

Needed to check in early. Check in time was 3:00. Could not get in until 2:40. Are you waiting to the last minute to clean? I doubt it. Once inside, toilet wouldn’t flush. Got a key to another out of service room nearby to use that toilet, but it didn’t have a seat. Was given keys to a third room with no AC or heat temporarily while our original rooms toilets could get fixed. Went to see what was going on…man says a work order was not in the system. He promised me that he would get it fixed ASAP. When I left 2 days later, still not working. Additionally we had no water for several hours and had to drive to my daughter’s apartment to shower, brush teeth etc so we could go back and sleep. Elevator was finally working since our last stay but you couldn’t tell if it accepted your button push because the light panel was not working. Terrible. One other thing. Don’t drive a car there that you worry might get scratched. The parking spaces are so tight, you can barely get in without someone guiding you if someone is parked on both sides of the spot you’re trying to park in.

The place was nice and clean. They just need to ramped up or improved their breakfast.

It was ok stay. Some of the outside doors did not work with the room key as they should have.

Easy check in, check out. Room was clean, breakfast was good. Only minor issue was one of the doors to the parking lot had a sensor out, so had to walk around to the front door to get back in.

Hotel was great. Me and my son came for a concert and the place was very clean, felt very secure, was so smooth to check in and out, and everyone was very helpful and so nice. I would stay again for sure.

Location

There was a terrible smell on check in day that still lingered throughout my stay. The water would switch the cold randomly in the shower and then scalding hot and loud noises at night in the hallways that kept my friends and I up. Also called the front desk multiple times and no one answered

Is a good place.

It was a great hotel for the purpose I needed. Car was safe in the parking lot. Not the best area. It not the worst and hotel was safe. Good value for the price.

There was a guest across the hallway with a pet who pooped and peed on the carpet outside their room. We reported it to the front desk and a very nice man made them clean it up immediately. He said they would be charged a fee to cover shampooing the carpet. I was pleased and impressed.

Was a great place. Beds are not real comfortable. But over all very clean and very nice staff.

Very clean & great breakfast

There are two elevators in the building. Only one was working and had been that way for many weeks according to a staff member. The parking spots are extremely narrow and hard to park in. I suggest having those lies repainted with an additional 8 inches or more of space added. The staff was extremely good however and the facility was well kept otherwise.

The furniture was not in great condition. Missing photo in wall, broken cabinet door.
