Cleanliness was perfect. However, we were in an adjoining room and there was too much noise and banging coming from the other side.
In addition, a fire alarm went off in our room. The alarm was deafening and the bright strobe lights were frightening. We called down to the front desk to advise what was happening and was told "ok." A call came from the front desk asking if the alarm had gone off. We informed them that it had. There was no excuse or apology given to us! It's a good thing we didn't have a heart attack or your company would have had a lawsuit. Suffice it to say, we won't be returning.

We love Hampton Inns. I asked them to change the sheets because the fitted sheet was old and came off the corners and they took care if it. I would encourage them to replace their worn towels.
Nice fast food restaurants and small grocery store real close. Great location for visiting the Henry Ford.

This day was fine. The room was relatively clean, although we found pressed on nails and gobs of hair in the bathtub. That was a bit of a turn off.

Had a great stay here. The hotel is modern, large rooms, nice breakfast provided, free tea/coffee in reception anytime. Had a room facing the rear, which is best as away from the road (and a great firework show for the homecoming festival in the park behind, although you wont get that every night!) Also has a laundromat on 3rd floor, although we didn't realise till checkout day! Parking is easy, although costs an extra $5 / night. Overall very good - would certainly stay again.

Alonzo and other desk staff members were very helpful, friendly and professional! Breakfast was awesome. Rooms were nice and clean. Many eating establishments in walking distance. Close to museums and other attractions. I would stay again!

The overall character of the hotel and the room was pretty good. the eating area was well managed and had ample seating for the free breakfasts.

Perfect location for our brief stay! Room was clean, comfortable, and spacious. Bed was comfortable although we did have our own pillows. Our room was on the backside of the building so no traffic noise. Breakfast was ok with multiple choices.

The staff was phenomenal! They allowed us to get into our hotel room early since it was already clean. They also kept our luggage while we toured the Henry Ford Museum on the last day before an evening flight. The rooms were clean and well equipped. Breakfast was delicious and plentiful. The pool was clean and had great hours of availability. We highly recommend the Hampton Inn in Dearborn.

This would be a 5-star room but for one thing -- traffic noise. We had a room on the front of the building, and the traffic up and down the street was so loud throughout the night. There is no constant fan on the AC, so we had nothing to block the noise.
Would stay here again, but would request a rear-facing room. Staff was great, and we loved having the list of local restaurants provided.

Hotel was very clean and had very comfortable beds. Room was great for remote working. Breakfast selection was solid. The surrounding area was nice because there are alot of restaurants and shops in walking distance so super convenient.

Wonderful spot if taking test at the Pearson Test Center (2-min driving). Staff are super nice and the room was quiet and clean. Recommended!!

My husband & I were really impressed with our stay here. The room was very nice & comfortable...layout and size was great...bedding & pillows were too. Breakfast is ample and hours sufficient for early birds or those sleeping in a bit. Location to Henry Ford complex is super and proximity to restaurants is convenient.

I wasn’t able to sleep because loud noise every time asked staff to changing my room to the back far from the street the ladies working behind the desk you have to wait tell morning in the morning the guy tell we can not do it tell night so the play with me and room never change and terrible customer service shower, no pressure no shampoo nobody watch no towels service very poor and end the charge me five dollar for parking at night. I don’t advise anyone to go there

We would definitely stay here again. Wanted to see Henry Ford Museum and Greenfield Village. Was about a 20 min. walk. Also, in walking distance of Fairlane House. Great pizza place near by called Buddy's which has the best Detroit style pizza. Ate there twice. Potato pit across the street was good too. There is a really cool record store near the Goodwill that you should definitely check out.
