Bad housekeeping, unpolite receptionists, dirty room (lots of hair in the tub), cigarette smell

Our room was clean and neat when we arrived and smelled very nice. The staff checking us in was friendly and recommended eating places. The bed was ok but not like ours. It was quiet there.

No one cleaned our room or gave us clean towels. We couldn't turn up the TV very much, so it was hard to hear it. There was this tall grass that overgrew into our parking spot and made it hard to get in and out of the car on my side, the other spaces were taken. We would still stay again just items that might need to be addressed. We realize that good help is in short supply and don't hold it against the hotel.

The young lady who started the 3pm shift at check-in was delightful pleasant and had excellent customer service. The 1st shift desk lady was mean and unapproachable.

The bathroom seemed old and it of date. A lot of chips and stains

only a couple of the staff but must were very poor at cleaning etc

the dust & dirty floor even AFTER it was to have been mopped etc...

Some guests do not observe the nightly quiet. Loud music until 1am is not pleasant, especially if it's behind the room wall.
