Very nice clean hotel that still looks new. Convenient location to catch the metro into DC. Staff was very friendly. Breakfast was good. Always have coffee and hot water available 24/7.

The stay was excellent from the start.The manager Mohammad was great,I arrived early but he let me leave my car in the car whilst I went to the Old Town to meet friends and when I went to my room later they upgraded me because of a faulty TV.The room was great as was the breakfast.

Stayed here one night and wish I’d paid a little more to stay in a quieter place. There is a hospital close by so there were ambulance sirens all night. Windows are thin so you can hear everything.

Overall my stay was good. For some reason, the listed address took me to a totally different place, but when I called the hotel the ladies at the front desk were excellentat getting me the correctdirections on getting there! The hotel location is weird because its among apartmen tbuildings. Entry into the hotel is modern and very clean. You are greeted by friendly front desk staff and check-in was smooth and easy peasy. The few things that made it good and not excellent was the fact that housekeeping knocked on our door twice and asked if we were leaving and it was no where near check out time! She knocked at 844 AM and then again at 937 AM. We really wanted to sleep in and i wasn't feeling well so it would've been nice not to be interrupted. Eventually I got myself together and left out of the room at 10 AM. Luckily the waffle machine was still out and I was able to get some OJ and a waffle, which made me feel a bit better. If I could actually sleep in and not be interrupted, I'd definitely stay again!

I paid the fee and used a room on the basement floor of the hotel. Why is there a room on the basement floor? When I arrived at dawn and checked in, the staff was very unfriendly and didn't even bother asking questions.

Staff turns off lights on the lobby while we are eating. We've been traveling and going to different hotels not once they turned off lights on us except for this one. Other hotel let us adult hang on the lobby even past midnight and had never turn the lights off on us.

Our rooms wasn't ready until 4 pm. Made us wait at the lobby for 25 mins. Not even a sorry for the delay in preparing the rooms, instaed she was rude and said check ins not guaranteed at 3 pm. Hotel is clean

I liked that the room looked and felt clean. The pillows were too flat. I put the sink water on my face and it had a bad odor, smelled like the sewer! Guests stood out front smoking and you could hear conversations late at night if you were on the side where the entrance is located. Mattress was too hard, but the flat pillows could have contributed to the mattress being uncomfortable. Some of the staff was helpful, however the lady at the front desk that checked us in was not very personable. The area where the hotel is located could use some updating. I read the reviews prior to booking and they did not reflect my experience. Not a bad experience, however I will be looking elsewhere on my next visit.

When we got to the hotel, it was about 30 minutes before check in. We asked if we could check in early but was told there werent any rooms ready yet. While waiting, we watched several other people check in before the check in time. The continental breakfast was okay. Although there wasnt any apple juice which was disappointing. They just had milk, chocolate milk, OJ, and cranberry juice for drinks.

My only complaint is that the A/C went out on our second night, although it was replaced the room was hot. We ended up moving in the middle of the night of our third and final night to a king bed room with a pull out couch. The pull out couch wasn’t working well and my son had a terrible night. The management team apologized and gave me a credit.

We stayed two nights while visiting DC. Hotel was just a few minutes from the Huntington metro station that has ample, inexpensive parking. Easy to take the metro into the city for the day. Pool was very small and seemed overchlorinated (made our eyes burn). Breakfast was great the first morning. Second morning was busier and the attendant seemed to have difficulty keeping things stocked. Still a wide variety to pick from. Front desk staff pleasant and helpful. Easy to get food delivered.

This is our third time in this hotel, and we really enjoy the stay every time. The location is great and quiet, and the hotel is very well maintained. The rooms are spacious, immaculate, smell crispy clean, and have all the amenities you need. The beds are comfortable. The free breakfast is fantastic, which includes a lot of varieties.
The service is outstanding. The reception staff are very efficient, friendly and helpful, especially Jeannette, who works at the front desk. She was very professional, kind and helpful. We were allowed an early check-in, due to the time we arrived, and the check-out was at 12 p.m. (not 11 a.m. as in every other hotel).
Without hesitation we highly recommend this beautiful and affordable hotel when you visit Alexandria or the DC area. The location is perfect, which makes travelling around the city very convenient. It’s about 20 minutes from the DCA Airport and less than 11 minutes from the National Harbor. You are also close to George Washington’s Mt. Vernon. Can’t wait to come back!
