Property was mostly clean. Is showing its age. Pool area was exceptional. As in a lot of hotels the shower a bathroom were aging faster. I would stay here again

Our stay was very nice. Check in was easy, everyone was nice, it was quiet. The room was clean and smelled good.

We have stayed at many hotels on our trip; this one s by far the nicest in terms of quality fixtures, hotel staff and the excellent breakfast. This is an impressive hotel from the wonderful staff to the pool and the excellent rooms.

I loved clean, spacious room. Huge plus was the placement of A/C unit overhead in the hallway keeping us comfortable without cold air blowing directly in my face. Good breakfast.

iwas given a handicap room requested kingsize bed

My daughter left her AirPods on the bed when we left. They found them for her and are working with us to get them mailed to us. I am so appreciative for the honesty of the staff and their willingness to help her!

Used expedia again (2nd time on this hotel) for my reservation. Pick this hotel and paid extra for a room described excellent for families with kids (we have 3), Daniel front desk "guy" gave me a room that didn't had the little couch that i we use for one of my kids, as we normally get. I went downstairs to speak again with Daniel who was irritated for my inquiries, didn't let me explain or talked about my reservation, sarcastically smiled and say i shouldn't go base on the pictures of expedia and if i wanted a different room i had to pay $25 more, which i had already paid with expedia but of course he didn't want to hear that or just didn't care...i agreed to paid the extra charges he gave me the new room keys which ended up being the wrong room again, third time talked to this guy again whith lack of customer skills said that he gave me the right room, check the computer and said oh ok gave another set of keys and repeat once again please don't touch anything on the first room because i need to go personally and checked like it was my mistake and he was doing us a favor. I recognize working with people can be exhausted but please we are paying for a stressless night during vacations and this guy sounded like he is working on the wrong place or just need to refresh on his customer skills. The rest of the stuff are courteous, friendly and helpful. I better humble attitude goes makes a huge difference. Thankfully the other lady as we were checking out was supernice.

Very clean, excellent staff service, so helpful. Kids loved the time in the pool. Really great, will definitely come back thank you.

The room was spacious. The free breakfast was simple, but enjoyable. The pool was the best part and very convenient for small children since they had an area with the depth of 1 ft. Very convenient for going to Zion as well. Very AFFORDABLE!

We were at this hotel over the 4th of July weekend. The staff are very friendly and professional. The room was very clean and comfortable. The location is great and convenient. We loved the location.The only issue, there was a big dog next door to us that kept barking, which was annoying. We didn’t know that dogs are allowed in hotel rooms unless they are verified service dogs, which are trained and do not bark. But when we complained for the second time, the staff informed us that they are not allowed to ask any questions when guests declare their animals as service animals and some guests take advantage of this. The first time we complained the lady at the front desk sounded surprised and after verifying the room number she immediately picked up the phone, (we supposed to call the guests). We don’t know whether she reached anyone. The dog still barked next day.

I like this hotel except cleanliness. It seems they don’t change the bed sheets. There were some crumbs on the bed.
