Did an extended stay here, Pros: front staff was nice & friendly, breakfast included a good mix, breakfast staff very nice. They have security which is comforting. Staff was nice and helpful. Cons: Head cleaning lady in all blue is the rudest and nastiest person I've ever met. Having to change rooms every two weeks was a pain. Too many rules which were ridiculous especially if your paying for the room. After leaving I was flagged don't know why, don't know if he was the owner or manager but I tried to ask him why and he acted stupid like he didn't know what I was talking about about. Only real good thing was the price and it was close to everything.

This place has roaches. I will never stay here again. The manager doesn’t not respond to customer service about a refund request so I will have to do a charge back with my bank since I have proof if the roaches.

Layout is annoying. Typical motel- nothing special. Generally clean. Had to ask for another room bc 1st smelled dank like wet dog or something. Breakfast ok. Wish they had fruit. Only offers 1/2 hr grace time in the morning. Most places allow up to 1 hr. Boxed us in with painting the floor one side & house cleaning on the other. Best to wait for all guests to VACATE before painting floors! Also, why do painting the day before Thanksgiving?? Toilet was awful- hard to flush, & then noisy dripping noise inside as it refilled throughout the night. Beds were average- not that soft. Overall- meh.
I’d pay a little more to stay somewhere else in the future. Staff were nice enough. Okay for 1 night stay.

No good cleaners no do great job , room smells really old and bleach at same timr , no really good 😕, no paper toilet just half roll and no body wash , tower looks like very old. In resume no recomend

Jaileen is excellent, for the price and location was a good deal even I reserved at last minute. I got a double room, the beds for us a little narrow but we slept hugged and that’s good ☺️ pillows and mattress soft. Blessings

Its a good place needs some attitude adjustments when it comes to certain maids. Office staff are always polite. Maintenance men work hard to keep the property clean! Ac needs updating and cleaned out. But its comfortable and i will return again.

This hotel has a great location, stores and restaurants are close by. Staff was friendly, clean rooms, great amenities. Only issue I encountered was the wifi connection (since I work remotely), but it was fixed the next day. I would stay there again.

Ive been here about 2 weeks. Paloma is very respectful and sweet. The kitchen staff are great! I wish you had a better discount for people who stay more than a week like myself! I would stay longer if you gave me a better discount because i actually love it here! The only thing is that the wifi goes in and out. And sometimes the water smells like chlorine but i can work around that. Oh i wish you hand more than one laundry room. And the maintenance men are awesome as well!
