Close to a Club for dining.

Friendly check in after arriving at 8 pm. Good value for money no frills but clean rooms

Currently a lot of construction in area so quite noisy, 14/5/24 construction should continue for at least 12 months. No dining options at motel but plenty not far from premises. Did not like step into bathroom and bathroom quite small. Good for a quick stay.

Great parking, friendly staff - perfect for our stay, which was just in a basic ground floor motel room.

Great location to Cleveland CBD and Toondara Harbour

Has swimming pool. Neat and tidy. Reasonable price.

Lovely lady at check in desk. Beds could do with an upgrade. But good overall.

Older property but fine for a short stay.

We’re both over 70 and weren’t told or didn’t read there were no lifts. We had to walk up three flights of stairs as were told no ground floor units available. I have a heart condition and a pacemaker. . Were told ‘next time ask for a ground floor unit’ No wardrobe just a U shape bracket for clothes carpets and sitting chairs stained and we had to wear shoes as carpet felt dirty and greasy. No safety chain on door for added security. It was very windy for our stay and windows and door continually rattled. A shelf in the bathroom would make putting toiletries more handy. Insect screen torn. Small well worn but clean bath towels. No caddy in shower for own products. This is not the owners issue but on the Thursday night a small dog barked 6pm to midnight. Not great after driving 10 hours. A microwave would have been a nice addition. Tried to make ice but on our departure day the ice hadn’t set

Comfortable stay near the Stradbroke Flyer ferry and RSL. Unheated pool with barbeque area

Unfortunately the online photos make this property look a lot nicer than it really is. It is quite old and dated and I don’t think it was worth the cost per night that we paid

I liked that it was within walking distance of the RSL club. If you showed the RSL your door key you received members prices on everything.

Bronwyn and Bay were very welcoming when I arrived. The location was in close proximity to my reason for being there and I InJoyed a pleasant stroll in a nicely kept neighborhood with lots of greenery. My needs were simple and well met. I recommend it to anyone staying in the area.

Great location, clean

Staff lovley and room was clean. Booked a single room and got a 2 room which made the place too small in the are we needed to use. We had an area around our bed and that’s it. Our bathroom faced the taller building next to us and we had no privacy from anyone seeing us take a shower or on the toilet because there was no screen or curtain to close it had a see through lace curtain that’s it.

How close it is to the Stradbroke Island ferry ⛴️ and the town centre was just a couple of minutes up the road.

Comfortable room, the area felt safe was also lovely and quiet.
