This hotel was in a great location. Easy to walk to main square, shops, restaurants and castle. Modern and clean. Lovely breakfast. There was a tram line outside - the noise wasn’t an issue for us but if you are a light sleeper may be worth requesting a room on the side or back. Would definitely recommend this hotel for anyone visiting Krakow.

Great place except do not ask for a box meal if you have an early event. Staff wanted to be helpful, but sandwich provided was not good. Small negative so still think highly of the hotel.

The hotel is located opposite the old walls of the city center, well masked by abundant greenery, in a tastefully renovated building on a relatively quiet street, if it weren't disturbed by passing trams. It's inconspicuous from the outside, blending into the landscape of the surrounding buildings, and the discreet entrance emphasizes this feeling. The rooms are relatively small but very high, clean, adequately furnished but a little cramped, but well maintained by very helpful and friendly staff. Breakfasts are indulgent, served in a relatively small room in the basement, but well resolved environmentally.

The hotel was really nice and modern. The room was the same. Great location and all the staff were nice and friendly. I would definitely stay here again.

This hotel is a few minutes walk from the main square of Krakow old town. Staff were incredibly helpful. Would definitely reccomend

It’s in a great location close to the old town, there’s only 2 parking spots so make sure you reserve one whilst you’re booking, it’s an additional £21 per night. One thing we did notice is the rooms don’t have a full clean, they come in make the beds and change the towels so not eco on that front. And. The glasses weren’t changed, all in all we enjoyed our stay and would recommend it.

3 sweaty summernights air condition was broke, no help from the reception.

It’s hard to know where the true problem lay. I booked a room, arrived and requested upgrade - denied. When I found my room to be next to elevator, I asked to be moved. I was offered an upgrade if I paid. Baffling! I called Expedia who was of no help. The room was awful - missing items like slippers, black long hairs in the bath, questionable if towels were used, safe non-functioning. I got the bottle of cheap red wine and some peanuts. Breakfast was ok - fitness room had no air conditioning on so I figure that’s why I was apparently the only one using it. It truly is a 3star hotel which I overlooked when booking. The funny part is that it seemed nearly empty yet no upgrade unless you pay. Maybe Expedia should stop singing the praises of the alleged VIP status as it appears only Expedia recognizes it and yet does zip to help out customers other than give then $25 in credit when I’m already done doing business with them. Bad experience and front desk reception personnel will say anything just to make you go away.

Great little spot perfect for walking around the city. Great cafes nearby and transit connections. Extremely friendly and lovely staff.

Hotel is in a great location just a 10 minute walk to the town square. Really lovely hotel in really good order. Rooms small but perfectly suitable for our short stay(we could have got a larger room but chose not to). Breakfast is lovely with lots of choices in a lovely light airy restaurant. Would definitely stay again if ever in Krakow again.

Great location. Staff was very friendly and accommodating. Good breakfast. The room had a weird configuration. The head of the bed was a foot from the window with no headboard. Housekeeping never came and cleaned after my first night. Bedding was too heavy for the summer heat—A/C couldn’t counteract the insulation from the bedding.

Everything was ok. I had an issue with the av. they told me it was working but it wasn’t. They tried to fix it by cleaning the filter. I asked them to give me another room the first night. They told me it was working that night we were not able to sleep. And the second day we were not there at all and when we came back it was late. So we stayed in the room for a second night super hot. The next day I asked them to changed the room they came clean the filter. And it didn’t work so finally they changed my room. I wish they would’ve just switched me the first night to avoid all that and me sleeping in a hot room with no ac. The pros about the hotel was the breakfast they had everything it was restock all morning long, the location was perfect. We walked everywhere. It was safe and overall the service was good. It was just the ac that ruined for it.

Although the Hotel was centrally located, parking was inconvenient. We liked the Breakfast, but not room service. One day the room wasn’t made although we had left instructions to do so. Also, while searching for an item my wife thought she missplaced, we turned up one of the Matresses and found it to be grossly specked with blood and probably urine. It also smelled badly too. It was our last day (of 3) we reported it during check out.

This hotel is beautiful and well kept. All the staff are lovely and so helpful. It is only a short walk into the centre of krakow. I would definitely recommend this hotel and will stay here again
