This was our first hotel night since the lockdown is over and the borders are opened. We were quite nervous about staying in a hotel. But once we checked in, the procedures for everyone's safety were in place and the room was very clean, we felt comfortable. The check in was smooth and friendly. The young girl at the reception even called up the restaurant and helped us book a table in Pontalier.

New property. Staff was super helpful. Well located right of the main highway.

Very poor breakfast. Coocked like for 5 people, but in hotel 100. Very cheap and small amount of food.

Looks quite new and is clean and functional. Breakfast was OK. Location is quiet. Good parking and the check-in is possible at later hours. So it's a reasonable choice for a stay on the road.

A typical modern hotel. Might seem a bit lacking in character for some and it's situated in a commercial area and not in the centre of town. But it was clean, well appointed, the staff were helpful, the breakfast was fine, parking was safe and secure for the motorbikes and there were places to eat nearby. I'd certainly stay here again.

Located near the airport so having a car to get there is necessary. Hotel is very new and in great condition. Our room was very clean, comfortable beds, slept well and very quiet with no outside noise. Good shower, WiFi worked very well and the paid breakfast was very good. The hotel personnel was very nice and helpful. There are 3 restaurants nearby and 2 of them are next to the hotel. We ate dinner at the restaurant Courtepaille. The entrecote(steak) was horrible (had gristle, fat and was tough). We would stay again at this hotel, when in the area.

Our second visit on a tour through France. Great hotel, modern and comfortable. Pristinely clean. Dog friendly too

Excellent location, 15 minutes walk to the town but that was welcome after a long drive, however there are 2 chain restaurants nearby.

Although I'd already read great reviews when researching the area, I drove right past the Kyriad as there was really nothing enticing about its location. Eventually, I made a last minute reservation based upon the combination of good reviews and the low price. It was absolutely faultless. Very new, extremely clean, modern, comfortable and spacious. The reception was also great. There is no in-house restaurant and the dining choices are limited. There is a Courtpaille and a pizza restaurant next door but we took the 5 minute stroll to the busy Buffalo Grill. I wouldn't hesitate to stay here again tge next time I'm in the area and will probably even seek the place out. It is likely the best value stay that I have had anywhere.

Good value for the money. Very courteous staff. Kitchenet with drive etc. Doors from bathroom open against door to toilet room and bang on each other.
