We chose this hotel because it accepted pets. The room had a little pet mat with a few treats ready for eating. The bed was comfortable and there was a small sofa allowing additional places to sit. There was on site parking, which was really helpful.

We were exhausted from my travels from Brussels to La. Havre. When we went to bed at 10:30 PM, we did not wake until 10:30 AM! The bed was very comfortable.

Well kept and clean within walking distance of many locations. Lots of restaurants. They have their own bar and small menu.

I liked that the staff was multilingual and able to communicate with us in English. They were very patient with us as we were trying to communicate in French. Overall, the service was great.

The hotel makes a good first impression but the room was not okay. The carpeted floor is burnt and should be changed. The shower is rusty and disgusting. There are only a few parking spots on the hotel site, so it was full all the time.

The stay is general pleasant for us. The issue is during summer the room is quite warm and air conditioner is not responsive well (probably central controlled).
The free parking statement is vague as the parking spot is quite limited compared to number of room.

The lady at the front desk was really lovely, she went above and beyond for us. She even recommended a place to go out to diner and was spot on. We had an amazing night.
The room it self is like most campanile, lovely, clean and fresh.
The breakfast buffet is a must have.

Could not find parking or parking garage to check in, after driving around block several times and watching drug deals go down in the cars in front of us we ate the payment and drove to the country for the night.

The carpet in the room was very matted and had burn holes the size of quarters in the floor, the room smelled of cigarette smoke.

I liked the cleanliness and friendly staff.
Unfortunately the shower was broken which we only found out when we were in it , also the door of the shower didn’t close properly which caused a flood on the floor. Everything else was great.

I booked this because of free parking because we were arriving late. There is no parking though - just a few spaces for an 80 room hotel. Quite stressful when you arrive at 11pm then need to find parking and need to move your car before 9am so no lie in after travelling for 20 hours

very clean and friendly staff and good pricerange, wat we did not like was that we slept on the first floor right on top of the garagedoor which banged loudly also in the late evening.
Overall very good stay, will be back some day.
