The desk was not in great condition, and I don’t think I’ve ever sat on a harder couch in my life. The remote was breaking. Breakfast offers bagels that are not halved and no knives, so tearing the bagel in half to then toast it is messy.

Check in was fast and friendly, he told us that there was a complementary buffet breakfast that was really good, but when we showed up the next morning there was very little there and it seemed as if it wasn’t going to be restocked.

Looks like it was renovated somewhat recently and is in overall good shape. Only minor issues: beds were a bit firm for our taste, and the main room garbage had not been emptied prior to our arrival. Otherwise, everything worked and the location was good.

The water was warm even when turned to cold. There was little toilet paper on roll. I called front desk and she said I can come get some more instead of having it brought to room.

Was in town for a family reunion. We stayed 2 nights. No issues. Hotel was clean and room was clean. I would recommend and would stay again. Walmart and Ihop are within walking distance. Lots of restaurants and a mall nearby.

Front desk was very nice. Vanessa (housekeeping) was professional and kind. The room is tidy, pretty clean. They supply you with Dove products. Pool was refreshing. Here is the bad:Air conditioners are absolutely horrible. Rattles and noisy. Sound like a prop airplane taking off. No rest. Couldn’t sleep hardly. Also, beware if you’re allergic to anything seafood related as in even the aroma of fish you will have that aroma seep into the room through the air conditioning because captain Ds is literally outside.

Everything was fine ... i life the amount of space in the room. We just had to deal with the insanely strong smell of weed in the hall and even seeping under our door a little at night. The "ironibg board' was a joke! It was a countertop one that slid all over the place whilr trying to use it. And you can't put a shirt over the end of it. So ironing was pretty much out of the question. Otherwise the beds are comfy!

Courteous, professional, and friendly receptionist (Asia). The hotel location is excellent, close to food and shopping, and the hotel and rooms are contemporary and beautifully decorated. I am picky when it comes to hotels, but have no complaints for this facility. Highly recommend.

This was a very clean hotel, staff was continuously sanitizing the common areas. Very friendly staff and amazing breakfast. I am a picky person when it comes to hotels because we have had some bad experiences, but the HI Express was awesome, if I had to find one thing that I disliked it would be the luggage carts are to small and I am serious that is the only thing I could nitpic at because everything else was great. Well worth the price, thank you to the staff.

I liked the amenities. There were usb ports in several locations in my room. The bed was comfortable. The bathroom's shower did not back up with water. (I've seen this at several other hotels.) There was a mini Keurig coffee maker. (I've had to bring my own in other hotels.) There was a full southern breakfast. (The grits were great.) I unexpectedly had to use a computer which was available for guests. I was able to print a needed document. The hotel was clean; the staff very friendly. I really enjoyed my stay.
