The room was amazing. The property was very clean and staff was very friendly

We have been staying in the Adirondack Lodge for the past 5 years, for its location as it is very close to the Thendara golf course and not too far to Old forge downtown area, where we go to eat andgrab a couple beers. The Lodge is reasonable and offers what we look for in a hotel .

The indoor pool was warm and could stay in it foreve, very relaxing kids loved it, what i didnt like was the beds. Springs through the matress one of the 2 queens one side was broken.

Absolutely not worth the high price. Service is just okay, and out door was broken. We received no other options, and it seems like I had to keep calling staff rather than being welcomed by them at the desk. This was actually my second time here. I know you all can do better.

Everyone in my family was sick after staying here, including my mother in the adjoining room. There was mold in the bathroom and the air in general felt unhealthy. There was a reason this was the only place available on aate summer weekend.

The beds were terrible. I usually LOVE hotel beds butfx these beds were like sleeping on plywood. The hotel needs to invest in new beds and BIGGER TV’s. Staff was wonderful though. I left my wallet there, and they found it and called me immediately and then paid the expense to have it mailed to me. Would definitely stay there again!

It was a nice friendly place at a reasonable cost.

Josh is awesome! They have some weird smoking area rules. Nice pool area and there is a gazebo with picnictables and an actually pretty nice grill to use. Could use some updating but priced well.

Everything was great but could use some updating. Also could use a microwave or something to heat up food in the rooms.

Loved how close it was, but also far enough out to be quiet and see nature.

Liked the indoor pool. Customer service was good. Could of used some tissues in our room.

I liked that it was not right in the midst of Old Forge. The quiet and seemingly less traffice of being on the outskirts was welcome after a day of walking around Old Forge. Sort of the best of both worlds as the drive into Old Forge is not long.

Staff was very nice but unfortunately there was Black mold in bathroom around molding, carpets very dirty, room smelled, we could hear everything from the stairs and hallway that it kept us up most of the night, door not sturdy and felt like someone could break in, no towels at the pool, very very uncomfortable beds. My husband and I woke with such a bad back ache we hardly could do much in town the next day, beds were also very loud so every time we rolled over at night it woke up our infant! I never complain about places but I was just very disappointed with this stay that we almost left in the middle of the night!

Honestly for the price...good. Pool area looked very nice we didnt get to use it bc of time. The beds we not comfortable and if you are tall you will hang off end. Im 5'9 i did. It could use some updating but overall a decent stay. The lady at the desk was super nice.

We chose this property because we stayed there years ago and when we saw their advertisement as “pet friendly “ we were happy however when checking in the forms to sign said if you have a pet you will be charged $250 extra a night if it’s not a pet allowed room NO where in the advertising was it stated “check for pet friendly I will NOT revise rooms available. I also checked their website same thing pet friendly but no explanation as to terms- this is definitely false advertising no where on the application for the reservation did it mention any pets? And explain their rules. Lesson learned can’t trust any advertisement in fact another vacationer was charged additional $1000 for his pet a 4 night stay. Never again! I will not revise they false advertise and people need to knows this I will also post this on their personal website

the bathroom needed some extra work , the shower tiles the grout had black mold

property and staff were very nice suppose to have coffee/ tea all night / microwave. Both were locked up and not available.

Location is great.

Wonderful people run this place. The indoor pool is unique in this amazing neck of the woods. If you have pets coming, call first before booking! :)

Nice size rooms, clean and allowed our pet dog to stay with a small surcharge. Restaurants close by.

We have stayed at the Lodge several times and have always been satisfied. The staff is extremely friendly and helpful!! We love the indoor pool although it is beginning to show some wear and tear. It has always been very clean!! No frills in the rooms but very sufficient. Close to everything! We will continue to stay here when visiting Old Forge!

Room was ok. Needs some updates. Could not get signal for television for 2 day stay. Internet was not great. Check in was fine. Staff was very nice.

Staff was good & friendly Facilities were clean & neat Pool was nice but it opened at 9am, Would have liked to have a adults Only hour @ 8am Will definitely return.

Property needs updating. New pillows, mattresses.

As always they have done an amazing job the staff is super friendly and deliver an incredible experience we'll definitely be back
