Great that there was a pool, jacuzzi and sauna to use for one hour per day.
Nothing negative, except low water pressure in the shower, and a bit damaged shower head.

Fantastic hotel in an excellent location. Rooms are spacious and very clean, we had breakfast and also ate two evenings in the hotel restaurant, food was great and reasonably priced. One thing, if you are staying at the weekend it is advisable to get up earlier for breakfast as it gets very busy and queues form for tables. Highly recommend this hotel.

Hotel was very good but due to Independence Day it was extremely busy and had to queue for breakfast as was the pool. The sauna,steam room and jacuzzi had young children going in and out unsupervised which was possibly due to them being on holiday.

Good location, 10min (flat) from the tourist centre. Very clean and spacious rooms. A fridge in the room would be nice but not a huge deal. Spa was nice and easy to make a booking. Would have preferred 90min/day than 60min but we really appreciated how the numbers were regulated. Much better to use the spa early in the morning. No discount for the hotel guests for the treatments which were rather pricey.

The rooms are perfectly fine and the location is good.
The restaurant was out of half the menu, took an hour to get food. Dropped breakfast there but it looked bland when we walked past.
Spa and wellness was awful! It was dirty, especially the changing rooms where the floor was black with dirt! You have to book a time, but there were way to many people. It was impossible to even take a few laps around the small pool. The entire spa area felt like a run down and cheap pool for children NOT at all relaxing.

The hotel is in a great location, within walkable distance to many attractions Gdansk has to offer. But I truly think this property is overrated. The pool isn’t in the same building and you have to make a reservation to go. Pool closes early. The room we stayed in didn’t have a fridge. The shower had was either broken or there was very little water pressure entire time we were there. Customer service was ok. I will not choose to stay there again while visiting Gdansk.

Since the hotel had a very high rating, I expected more. Ac worked well and it was a large room and quite comfortable beds. It felt a bit worn, a refresh would be in order.
One night there was a thunderstorm. It was expected, but the restaurant seemed completely unprepared for the fact that many guests wanted to eat at the hotel. We waited two hours for the food and it was not good.
There is a small spa which is quite ok. We used the garage wich was good but expensive.

Very comfortable rooms! Love the bed and big room to get comfortable and nice balcony. The reception was alright, good service from the workers. The breakfast had mostly what you expact ( we missed the bacon) and was alright. The spa pool was not relaxing at al. Very ecko facility and high volume. Colder swimmer pooler. Okay steam and suana. We took a massage. Wich we really enjoyed

Tv didn’t turn off so lounge was always light. Couldn’t close bedroom door as room so hot, therefore light from lounge shone in bedroom making it hard to sleep. No matter how many times I turned air conditioning down, it always went back up to 22 degrees, making apartment uncomfortable, especially when trying to sleep. Asked for room to be cleaned, just the once during our stay, only received new towels, but nothing else was done. Bathroom wasn’t cleaned, no toilet roll, beds not made, bottles of water not replaced.

Great hotel and close walking distance to the city centre. The only thing we weren’t expecting was how small the spa facility was. There was a pool and small jacuzzi but we were expecting a relaxing atmosphere since the hotel was portrayed as a spa hotel.

The service wasn’t very impressive, we weren’t given any information when checking in except where the elevator was and the only one wishing someone a good day was me (as i work in the hotel industry myself). Was criticised by staff because we booked through hotels.com and not their original site.
The location was fine but i would choose a more central hotel. Really clean and big rooms! The breakfast was okay but not a lot of options such as fruits, baked goods, bread and bagels
