Breakfast- What happened - I am confused after this stay.. going to google the meaning “buffet “Room - wanted to buy mop and broom after asking more than once - for our room to be cleaned.. couldn’t unpack our suitcases- lack of space and cupboards dusty..

This place is awesome! Especially if you want to escape the crazy beach areas. Much quieter and cheaper food locally but still close enough to hit the beaches. (this hotel offers free shuttles!) The pool is awesome and the overall condition of the hotel is good.The BEST part about this hotel is the staff! Super friendly, always eager to help, really made our stay amazing. Would highly recommend!

It's a very cozy and clean hotel. Beautiful view of the sea from my room. I love this place!!

The property in itself is ok, it has a big pool and the rooms are fairly ok. The hotel is in a poor location though, not much around to do. However you made rent a bike from the hotel and ride to Patong.

We had a great stay here. A little away from everything but free shuttle to the beach and grab is very easy to use. The room was very comfy and clean! Short way to atm and supermarket!

I really felt at home here, the staff was very nice and helpful. I was able to visit the surroundings and some islands not as near, even though there is not much to do close to the resort. Consider you need to have a way of transportation or book a taxi in order to move through Phuket. The pool is very big and has enough room for children so you can swim comfortably in the deeper area. The view to the beach is beautiful, though the beach itself is not great for swimming. Overall the experience is fantastic, ans is just improved by staying at this hotel at its nice staff. I would definitely come back.

nice place with good sea vuew..kindful front desk service... using free bicycles to travel around and cheap price to rent a motor bike

Generally it’s a good hotel and the staff were friendly however their English was at best poor. They don’t vacuum the rooms only sweep. Dusting of the furniture never happened. Bathroom has mould that’s never treated. The restaurant is average with only 2 menus, if there’s more than 2 tables others have to wait for the menu. There’s never enough pool side banana lounges. Around the hotel are shanty housing which was unpleasant.

The hotel is nice and clean, Staffs are friendly , there is a warm welcome treat when were checking in. Hotel is far from the Attractions but its fun to ride a motorcycle around the town.(there is a motorcycle rental service)

Everything was fantastic except the cleaning service which was not very good.

Amazing stay- we were able to check in early for free and were greeted by a friendly receptionist. Food is not very good that is the only down point but lots of restaurants along the beach that were delicious. We made full use of the free shuttle bus and the free peddle bikes around rawai beach.

This hotel is more like a 3 star hotel. Rooms are clean, the pool is fine, but I wouldn’t necessarily label it a 4 star. Maybe 3.5. First, the location is not so good for a family that can’t drive a motorbike. We had one, so it wasn’t an issue, but given the price of taxis on Phuket, the location would hinder a lot of families from enjoying themselves. The breakfast was just ok. The staff smiled and got along well with each other, but I didn’t find them smile at their guests or seem friendly enough. Also, I found the staff’s English ability at a low level. The staff spend a lot of time talking to each other, but I thought they had some problems interacting with customers and they didn’t appear interested. When they did talk, they rarely smiled and some had problems communicating in English and could rarely make a full sentence even with broken grammar. As I was coming from the pool one afternoon, I noticed two of the front desk attendants watching some sort of TV show/movie on their computers. I thought it looked unprofessional as their heads were down and absorbed in the computer. I feel the hotel needs a regular manager, as it seems like the staff could be more professional and provide better service. In summary, the staff took care of mostly everything we asked, but I think they need training in customer service, English, and a manager is needed to keep everyone in line. The hotel has potential for sure.That’s just my opinion though, maybe we hit them at a bad week.

Pretty nice place. Staff was good as well. Only problems were broken a/c in workout room and the loudest doors I’ve ever heard. If people come back to rooms late you’re in for a treat. The doors naturally slam producing a ridiculous noise throughout the floor. Woke most of us up at 2:43 am as one couple came back to their room. Very surprising

Although further away from the tourist hotspots of Patong and Phuket Town than most options on the island, Rawai is a lovely area with all the required amenities and less of the crowds. Aqua Resort is a good base for travellers looking to spend their days on beaches and activities with a nice pool to relax in before heading out for the evening. Your own transport or taxi money is essential for staying here.

The hotel is actually quite nice & room and bed comfortable. It is a good price but you may need transport to access nearby beaches & restaurants as the shuttle is infrequent. Staff is extremely friendly & helpful. As it is booked a lot by coach tour companies who book a bulk of the rooms, the pool can be very noisy in the mornings if you like to have a lie in bed (I think all rooms face the pool).

Nice hotel close to the main road. Staff are quite accommodating and polite.
