Very convenient to Levi Stadium. Good place for an overnight stay. Friendly staff!

This place was great.

Manager Ed was very kind and took really good care of us. Our room was on the ground floor and we were able to park adjacent to our room. Room fixtures need repairs and linen was old and stained. Beds were ok, bathroom was ok, soap was old and useless. No outdoor ice machine, but Ed did provide us with ice. Improvements were being made to the room above us up until 12 midnight, and kept us awake. We could have done better elsewhere.

Minh the Owner is fantastic.. Very caring about his property and comfort of his guests. Next time I travel in this area I’ll stay here.

Check-in was great, it’s our 3rd time staying there and we are always greater with a smile. The rooms are overall clean, and well kept. There isn’t an ice machine but the front office can offer you a bag of ice.

Quiet and close to dining

Clean, spacious, well maintained. Plenty of eateries across the street, grocery store a block away. Well lit, felt safe even for that nightly stroll. The owner is very pleasant

Very nicely updated complex at a no frills price. Nice shower enclosure, driveway, window treatments. Felt safe for woman travelling alone. Right by Santa Clara University. Only negatives were the shallow/hard mattress and windowed refrig cast a lot of light when sleeping. I unplugged it.

The room was dirty. Lots of random hair and the shower leaked bad. When I complained about the shower, it was explained it was a design error. We had to use the towels to keep the floor dry. No housekeeping service to empty trash, but the manager did come to empty and provide clean towels. But even the clean towles had hair in them. The manager was very nice, but the cleaning of the rooms could be better.

I booked this hotel, and it would be nice based on the reviews, ended up, not staying here at all. I booked another hotel in another location.

The gentleman at the front desk is personable and helpful, and I felt at the end like he was a friend.

It is very clean and close to the hospital where my husband is staying. I did not need amenities just here for 2 nights so it is perfect.

I booked this place basing myself on the vast majority of good reviews it has but it was a total disappointment. I don't know what kind of people wrote them but here is my honest take on the place. The place seems to have been renovated which makes everything look neat outside and inside the rooms. Also, I didn't detect weird smells from humidity and smoke inside the room nor the floor was sticky. The furniture, the floor and bathroom all look redone inside the rooms, no complains there. Where this place starts to fail is at the cleanliness aspect. Place is super dusty, literally everything had great amount of dust, feels like you are inside an ancient Egyptian tomb in Egypt with all the dust you have in the rooms. Moreover the small fridge we had inside our room was super noisy as well. We could barely sleep because of all the dust in combination with the noise coming out of the fridge. Our room number was #102. In conclusion, the place was not great and not horrible but if you are allergic like us, stay away!

From check in to check out everything was great! Ed takes pride in the rooms, the property and service. Rooms are very clean and comfortable. The location is perfect, nice surrounding neighborhoods and plenty of food and other needs within walking distance.
