Prices are reasonable compared to the expensive other options nearby. Has an elevator and on site parking near the beach, bay, and restaurants/bars in town. Has a small outdoor pool and small fitness center. Does not offer breakfast. The building is older and needs remodeling/updates. Parking garage is tight.

We have stayed there before, but this time we were put in a room that was right on the main street. It was very noisy with traffic and pedestrians. Not the greatest experience.

This hotel is disgusting. The rooms have rugs and our feet were black fro walking around the room. All the hallway rugs were disgusting. The hotel smells. The beds are awful. We had to be moved when we got there because the futon in our room was broken and thank God they moved us. I wish I could get my money back it was so gross.

Dewey Beach is a hidden gem. The hotel is in just the right spot and a short walk to the beach. Pool is great for the kids and the staff is friendly and attentive.

Overpriced for what you get. Stains on the carpet in the hallways. Unusual smells. If it wasn't for the location (ocean block) it would definitely NOT be worth the money spent. To top it off - I had building service (maid) first vacuum outside my door very loudly and then a loud knock before 10am by a young man saying that checkout was "soon." There was clearly a "DO NOT DISTURB" sign on the door. Checkout was at 11am. I was going to complain to the front desk but they were busy checking people out and I just wanted to leave ASAP.

This conveniently located hotel is just a block from the beach and from coffee shops and restaurants. The beds are firm, the showers are great, the rooms are large, and the lobby is quite pretty, full of huge potted plants. There’s a great rooftop pool and a parking garage, for a decent price given the location.

Everything was just OK. The bathroom needs some updating so it's easier to clean. Coffee in the main desk area was very good. Housekeeping staff was very pleasant in hallways. Desk staff couldn't answer question I asked and didn't try to get an answer -- I was wondering if it was too late in season for whale watch excursions.

Excellent location! Right next to all the action on the main drag! Had no issues with my stay. Room was clean and bed was comfy. Front Desk person was very nice too. Lady checking me out was very very nice! Saw some of the negative reviews but did not at all have the same experience. I will definitely look to stay there again should I go back to Dewey.
