Beautiful hotel - very modern finishes while still feeling like you’re in a historic building. The concierge, cleaning staff, and restaurant staff were all wonderfully helpful and kind. Would absolutely come back.

Phenomenal location and beautiful hotel. Lazar took great care of us while we were there

We loved having the restaurant and bar option for meals, meeting friends for a drink and grabbing a coffee. The neighborhood is fantastic for dining, coffee, and transportation. Easily accessible. The staff was very helpful with making our stay comfortable.

We stayed at this hotel for our first trip to Paris and it was incredible. The staff were welcoming, very friendly, helped us with directions and suggested local restaurants and neighborhoods for us to visit. We asked for the best way to get to Versailles by train and they printed out a guide for us that was very helpful (the train that goes to Versailles can get a bit confusing, depending on where you are coming from).
The location itself was excellent. Within walking distance to Le Marais, a block away from the metro and lots of cafes and restaurants nearby. I would definitely recommend this hotel to anyone visiting Paris, especially for the first time!

For the first 2 days our Air Condition was not working. Apparently the technician fixed it but it was not the case. Our 2nd night at 1am there was a leak from the Air Conditioning onto the floor which woke us. We had to move rooms in the middle of the night.
4.6
The hotel has an amazing lobby bar and is in a great location. We walked everywhere. Would highly recommend

Super Hotel in zentraler Lage.
4.6
Great hotel with helpful and friendly staff. Very close to the metro for moving around the city but also within walking distance of bars and restaurants.
4.6
Located near several Metro lines. Easy walk to the Marais or the Pompidou.

Fire alarm went off 3 times in the middle of the night. No explanation, no apologies, no concessions. Guests in their robes angry in the lobby and no clarity as to what happened.
4.6
Lovely hotel, felt very luxurious and had a great vibe. Comfortable rooms and great restaurant.

Second stay at this hotel and again it was a very nice experience. We stayed in room 301 - the view of the church is beautiful. The room was well-equipped - the possibility to make tea and coffee was much appreciated.
Extremely friendly and professional reception staff.
The bar/restaurant is beautiful, but the service is quite slow.

2nd time in this hotel and everything is again excellent - from the friendly and helpful checkin to the great food / breakfast and dinner and the perfect ambience in the bar. Comfortable bed and generally nice rooms I usually stay in many different hotels in Paris but I think I’ve found my favorite

We enjoyed our stay at this hotel! Everyone at the hotel was kind and accommodating. We enjoyed having a great restaurant/bar within the hotel. We would highly recommend!
4.6
A very noisy hotel, with small and not very clean rooms.
Be aware that the hotel is doing parties at the restaurant on the 1st floor and the noise getting into the rooms. It feels like trying to sleep in a nightclub. we couldn't sleep at night because of it!
We co complained about the noise from a party that ended on 5am and the hotel offered us a discount for our next stay...
We been to many luxury hotels around the world and have never felt so disrespected.
Beside the location, there is no reason to stay in that very expsinve hotel.

The hotel is modern and stylish, rooms are spacious for Paris standards. Staff is very nice and helpful. It’s perfectly located to explore the city by foot (17min walking distance to Gate de l’Est and about the same to Les Halles) the hotel features a really nice bar and a rooftop bar in the summer. Why only 3 stars? Unfortunately I didn’t sleep well, as my room was street side and the windows are not noise insulated. I could even here the coming in and taking off of the metro line. Unfortunately also the inside noise when guests returning to their rooms can be heard. And later in the night there was a noise that sounded coming from the washing machine..Perhaps other rooms are different, mine unfortunately wasn’t great for falling asleep.

The suite was gorgeous, quiet, modern and immaculate. The terrace was lovely. Such a pleasure to stay there.

This is a really nice hotel in a terrific quarter. The staff is awesome. They are super accommodating, and they are super friendly. There is also a restaurant on site that is extremely active and delicious and it makes the whole vibe excellent.
4.6
Really nice stay - friendly staff, great location, nice atmosphere, small but comfortable room. Nice that you can make tea and coffee in the room (great tea selection). Only disadvantage is that you have to hold the shower head while showering since you shower in the bath tub.
We will be back...

Great hotel with friendly staff in the fabulous Marais!

We had a studio balcony which is a very nice room, the hotel is very beautiful in general very chic design, has all the amenities needed, its the way you picture your perfect room in paris with great design and balcony to street, I ddnt appreciate the hussle ar checkin room was not ready so instead of upgrading me for free (gold memebr) they offered me a paid upgrade which turned out great, only first they said balcony at 5th when i said ok it went to a no balcony at 4th (saying i heard wrong even though 4 people could not all hear wrong) then gave me a key to a room without balcony (they ddnt assume i know what a balcony looks like i guess :/) then finally a great room but on 3rd.
4.6
It is a lovely, aesthetically pleasing property developed in excellent taste. I found nothing to criticize.
