Dirty ,broken lamp, water leak through the ceiling, drips on your back when you were washing up,sheets had not been changed ,dust over everything deadbolt would not work ,fridge full of frost never defrosted. Overcharged

This was the dirtiest place I have ever paid for. Dog hair all over the sheets, dirty floor, body hair on bathroom floor, tub, sink and ice container. Loud tenets slamming doors and makimg noise all night. I left with an angry spouse because of it , so thanks for that

Staff was very friendly. Bed was comfortable. Towels were clean. Room could have been cleaner. Overall, based on the price and online descriptions, my expectations were exceeded.

Whole room ..dirty towel left in room.. AC so high could not reach and plug so dirty also extremely loud .. room smelled so bad like cigarettes and room next to mine had man smoking right in his front door coming right into my room.. no sleep here keep your money and run as fast as you can .. this is not a good place to rest .. people live in this place and no one cleans the rooms . Disgusting Because booked through Expedia could not get full refund .. Comfort Suites close and much much better

Service was great. Room had a lot of road noise on both sides. Bed was OK. TV was old. Flooring was crackly. Room was clean. It's an old motel, we didn't expect much. But I think the outside road noise was the worst part.

Burn marks on the bathtub, the door didn’t feel secure secure with, seemed loose, people smoking in the entry door to the room's No ice machine and sheets had stains

Room was dirty. Floors must not have been washed at all. Outside of fridge was completely rusted. Stayed 3 days, and only given 2 small towels. Would not recommend!

Customer service was spot on, however, the toilet seat and counters were half washed, not including the fact that everything is torn or in need of desperate repair. I was disgusted with the cleanliness or lack thereof. I didn’t even take a shower. Stains everywhere. I didn’t know what kind of stains were in the bed, food or otherwise. This hotel should not be open to the public: Perhaps to animals but not to humans. The floor is coming up and squishy sounds on the tile, every time you walk, it’s not down right. Thank God, before a do a long stay in a hotel/motel, I try a nite to cement my decision on a long stay any place. Oh am I glad, I did that, otherwise I would have been livid! Who lives like this? Don’t stay here people! And I hope this review they don’t erase. Because i want the world to know NOT TO STAY AT THIS MOTEL(they told me not to mention)! It should be condemned! To those who heed the warning. And had the nerve to charge almost $90 to stay there for the night. I’m done. Take heed all those who look at reviews.

Just a very budget motel. No complaints average rating

The hotel itself was run down and dirty. The TV didn't work when I first got there so the lady had to come fix it for me. The couch in the room was sunken in. There were empty soap wrappers in the bathroom. There was water damage on the floor underneath the sink in the bathroom. And it was expensive. With my two little dogs I ended up paying almost $140 for the room. I wouldn't have even paid half of that if I hadn't already paid for it online and kind of needed the room because I had family obligations nearby. The lady working at the front desk was very very nice though that was about the only positive thing about my stay

Sound between rooms was ok, road not so good but it sits right by road so expected. Room was not that clean. Mirror and Kleenex container looks like it hadn't been clean for a very long time. Bathroom was clean. In pic shows bedspread but they just use a sheet for a spread, ok I guess but one bed sheet was a little dirty and hair on it. Looked like one woman was trying to do everything, needs some help. Was full because of hurricane. Been in worst.

Out of nostalgia that we stayed there. It is showing its age. Staff very friendly, bed comfortable. Could have used an extra towel or 2. In a pinch, would consider it again.

the property was very run down. Lots of repairs needed, our room was dirty. Smelled like smoke in a non smoking room. No ice available, and no coffee maker in room.

Dated, clean facility. Some stuff was damaged or mismatched that didnt affect use.

I felt like an inconvenience when checking in. Shower and bathroom were unclean. Hair and hair ties on bathroom floor. There are steel buckets outside of every room as ash trays. That's not a pleasant smell to walk out to. Basically not recommended unless you a place to crash after a drunk.

This place HORRIFIES me! I swear a motel for the homeless. I wouldn’t let my dog sleep there. Bedbugs? Two rooms couldn’t lock the doors.

Average Motel. Room was clean, Towels were small and were not replaced in the week we stayed. Had to park in the bar next door if we came back past 9pm due to not enough parking. Staff was friendly

It was filthy, the mattress was sink in. Floors were so dirty our feet got black, curtains would not close all the way, bedding smelled like pee, air conditioning did not work, foul odor in room, after first day we were not offered fresh towels and garbage was not emptied, derelict people living there, noisy with people that live there standing outside our door talking, only one bedside table and only one chair, a desk chair, to sit in. Management wanted to come in our room in the middle of the afternoon to spray for bugs. This place should be shut down

I would not recommend anyone to stay. Around 0300, someone attempted to come into our room which frightened us! When my husband yelled and got up to scare them off, this person took off running. I had to report to work at 0630 so my rest was interrupted due to this. I spoke with two different people in the office regarding this incident. One of who said she’d refund a nights stay, run the camera back and give me a call back, and she never did. I called back the next day to speak with the same lady who offered me a refund. I was told she wasn’t present but a note would be left to return a call to me. Never received the call. So disappointed. That was scary and beyond anyone’s control. However, there could’ve been some accommodation provided and there was none. So it’s like the management doesn’t care. This is my biggest complaint. Safety! Otherwise, if you don’t have high expectations, this place will do.

Shower curtain could using a bleach wash. And FIX the ice machine. Management were friendly, helpful.

Floors need to be cleaned a lot better and room needs better dusting. Top of lamp next to the bed had a thick layer of dust on it. My husband spilled water on the floor and when he cleaned it up, the cloth was BLACK. Bed was very comfortable.

Housekeeping never showed up during my 4-day stay. Had to go to the office to beg for toilet paper. Property seemed to be mostly occupied by homeless people.
