We were a party of five and had two rooms reserved. When we arrived, we received a nice upgrade for one of the reservations to the apartment suite (had a full kitchen and two bedrooms and large sitting area). It was also a nice surprise to have champagne and nice Italian pastries waiting for us in both rooms. Large rooms with nice bathrooms and good AC! Very clean and wonderful customer service. Good location and walkable to the port where we took a ferry to Sorrento. Breakfast was included with stay and had many good options but dining area was very small. Some parts of hotel under renovation but not loud. Would recommend.

Great place to stay for a young family. Right in centre of town, spacious Suite room accommodated us well. We have two kids aged 6 and 4 and they shared the double sofa bed, no problem. Thank you Napoli Class and for looking after the koala teddy who accidentally got left behind.

Pros - lovely room with coffee and a fridge and on demand nespresso and pastries in the lobby 24/7. Room also had a balcony’s Chiara at the front desk was incredibly helpful and friendly assisting with taxi needs and recommendations. When she learned our day tour was departing to Amalfi prior to the breakfast service at the hotel she offered to pack us up a breakfast “to go” Cons - the street noise is pretty loud. From people, to seagulls, to horns. Bring ear plugs!

This hotel is perfectly situated in Napoli. On one of the Main Street Toledo, 3min away from the main place, the beach front is 10min away, the port to visit Capri and Amalfi also 10min walk and the old city too. Beyond its perfect location the rooms are very nice and clean, very good breakfast, and great service. Receptionist are very nice! Thanks!

Friendly and helpful staff; beautiful historical building and convenient neighborhood; a little hard to find on the street since the sign was not totally obvious to new visitors. Would be great if the hotel provides pictures of the building and sign of the hotel so the travelers can more easily find it on the spot.

Questo B&B e perfetto, solo 5 minuti dalle Teatro. Personale molto gentile. La stanza era bellissima con un balcone, letto molto grande e luce naturale. E molto importante perche ho trovato in Napoli sono apartmenti e B&B cosi tanti oscuri, senza luce naturale.Era un macchina per il caffe per gli ospiti.La colazione era varia e buona. Era uno dei migliori hotel. Grazie!

The room with balcony was very nice. Extended the stay, downgraded to a no balcony room and was put inside the staircase which was basically like a dungeon. There was no ventilation, and it was impossible to sleep with the amount of noise from everyone coming and going half the night. When I asked if there was another room available they said they were fully booked. 10 minutes later they conveniently had a last minute cancellation, and the original room became available for an extra €60 per night... Breakfast was ok, the hotel is clean and in a great location but I would not stay again.

Elisa in the breakfast room was very nice and made good capachino and breakfast. rooms are clean and comfortable bed. office is on second floor breakfast is on 3rd. Good value for the buck and close to cruise ship port walking distance.

Lovely B&B with a balcony overlooking the city. Good location. Close to the water and nice shopping & restaurants all around us. Breakfast was plentiful in the morning and in the hallway near our room was a large coffee machine to make all kinds of coffee. In the afternoon we had the smell of warm delicious pastries waiting for us.

It was a very interesting place - amazing building and quite surprising when we got through the thick heavy door! I thought it was slightly over price for what it was. Very basic, but we only needed an overnight stay and the street was busy with plenty of restaurants.

l hotel est situe dans une rue commercante bien animee le soir a 2 pas de la rue tres connue chiaia proche des ferry pour visiter capri ischia , sorrento. personnel tres serviable chambre propre bon petit dejeuner ,possibilite dappeler un taxi pour laeroport je reviendrai surement .

A good location to visit all the sights. Plenty of places to eat nearby. The shutters in the room allowed you to be in complete silence or leave them all open and enjoy the life and vibrant atmosphere from the street below.
