Foe the amount of money spent for a family of 5 (for the night), the room was lack luster. To me, it was a waste of space!

Only parks is it is located nearby bus stand and train station. Staffs are non cooperative and rude. There is very little amount of items at breakfast .

This was such a great stop on a longer trip. The room was clean and large, the staff was friendly, the lobby was immaculate, and the breakfast was above and beyond what is normally served at large chain hotels. We thoroughly enjoyed our overnight stay. If you’re staying longer, it was within walking distance to a brewery and other restaurants.

It was spacious and comfortable bed

Friendly staff, the most convenient location, easy access to the highway. Rooms are comfortable, and I love the view out of the hotel room windows. Free parking and free breakfast included.

Requested two rooms near eachother. Not only were they not near eachother, but on complete opposite ends of the hotel. That info would have been nice to have sooner. They also weren’t very accommodating with the rooms and weren’t willing to be helpful. Other than that, it was a nice stay.

I had to cancel within 24hrs of my reservation due to my son having Covid, and they wouldn't refund my $389. Next time, I'll just bring a sick kid and spread it around

We stayed for 8 nights and the staff were always so kind and helpful. The rooms were nice and clean. Any time you needed anything they were on it for you.

My number one requirement for a hotel stay is that the room is clean. This room was spotless and well maintained. The front desk was helpful when I arrived early. And while it was a little noisy being next to the highway, I got a bonus of seeing a fireworks display from my bedroom. (I stayed the first night of the 4th of July week.) Despite the noise, I had no trouble sleeping once the shades were pulled. Comfortable bed, nice shower. The entrance was a little tricky to find coming off of a roundabout. They could use a bigger sign.

We were supposedly in a handicapped room the shower seat was to big for the shower this made showering very dangerous We had difficulty getting extra towels

Property is right across from the train station which is a beautiful site not to mention convenient. Front desk help was amazing. Kitchen staff not so much. On their phones the whole time and not friwndly or helpful when I asked for help.

Homewood Suites is my favorite place to stay. Top notch hotel with great amenities and walking distance to restaurants.

Easy parking

This Homewood Suites seemed understaffed. Our room was not ready for a 3pm check-in. We waited for just under two hours with other guests in the same situation. We left for a family obligation and returned at 9pm to find a room was available. The employee at the front desk was personable, respectful and seemed to care. Unfortunately, management had let us all down. The buildings common areas are well maintained but our room was tired and in need of minor repair. The shower curtain was hanging on by a thread allowing quite a bit of water to get on the floor. The shower heads were missing parts, but still functioning. While Homewood Suites is generally very good, this stay was subpar and disappointing.

Unfortunately was not able to make it called and spoke with Hotels.com and explained my situation. My husband was unexpectedly put into surgery, i was orignal told my the Hotels.com agent that my room would be refunded due to.my unfortunate situation. As a few days went by i noticed i have not received my refund, i reached back out to hotels.com and was notified by another agent that the Hilton will not refund me because it not their policy. This is terrible service, i should at the very least be offered a vocher to stay another night, but i guess they dont care about their customer just chasing thd money.

I recently stayed at your esteemed establishment, Homewood Suites, with high hopes for a memorable family getaway. However, I must express my profound disappointment with my experience, primarily stemming from the closure of the pool during our stay. One of the key reasons we selected Homewood Suites was for the promised amenities, notably the pool, which we intended to be a source of enjoyment for my child. Regrettably, upon arrival, we were informed of the pool's closure, leaving us unable to utilize this facility throughout our stay. Considering the premium rate we paid for our accommodations, the inability to access a significant advertised amenity significantly impacted the value proposition of our stay. As a discerning guest accustomed to a certain level of service and amenities, this oversight was particularly disappointing. While I understand that unforeseen circumstances may arise, it is imperative for a hotel of your caliber to promptly communicate such issues to guests prior to their arrival or provide suitable alternatives to mitigate the inconvenience. As a result of this experience, I must express my reluctance to consider future stays at Homewood Suites. It is regrettable that what was intended to be a memorable family retreat turned into a source of frustration and disappointment. I trust that you will take this feedback into consideration to enhance the guest experience and ensure such incidents are addressed more effectively in the future.

Close to the train station and close to the venue I was going to, will be back again next time
