Very clean and the staff could not be more accessible or helpful! I highly recommend Casa Jean Pierre to anybody considering a visit to Viñales.

The room was okay. It was clean, but we didn’t get blankets, and the roof was quite low. The breakfast is not worth the money, there are several good and cheaper restaurants just down the street. The owners were nice, but didn’t offer any tips that wasn’t really “tourist tips” at a tourist price.

The host Claudia was very nice and helpful with our planning. Good breakfast, definitely a recommendation!

Pros: perfectly located--you can walk everywhere in town within minutes, room is brand new and very clean, run by the most lovely family-Maribel and Claudia (her daughter) were so welcoming! They even cleaned our clothes after they were soiled from horseback riding, and loaned us an umbrella. Amazing breakfast every morning! We stayed at upstairs bedroom, very private and felt very safe there. Charming and local feel.
Con: very loud at night, A/C unit on the roof ran consistently making sleep hard.

Lovely family and great location

We had a great time at the casa JP. The room was clean and kept clean every day.
In the morning we enjoyed a nice breakfast with fried eggs, fresh fruit, pancakes and fruit juice.
Host Claudia and her grandfather took good care of us and made our stay in Vinales extra
enjoyable.
The reason I am not recommending the hostal is that everyone has to work out for himself/herself
which accomodation suits them to their own needs.The only thing I can do is share my own experience.

Casa Jean Pierre is simply the best casa particular in which we stayed in Cuba.
The house is in a nice little street in the amazing Vinales. We could stay in the upper room, that was really nice, cool and clean, with a wonderful patio with rocking chairs and view on mogotes. The breakfast was good and rich.
Miraval and Claudia were nice and when we arrived they immediately helped us to arrange our stay in vinales and a incredible horse ride in the valley.
We would definitely recommend to stay in Casa Jean Pierre!
