This hotel doesnt provide complimentary mineral water. But the good thing is it has an ice machine which i love most. It doesnt hv a safe for us to keep our valuables. The most horrifying thing is the height of the toilet entrance. It is an obstacle for us seniors to go in and out of the toilet. Hurt my knees climbing in and out of the toilet.

Stayed 2 nights in its Triple Room there in Naha. Equipped with 3 single beds which you could push together to form Hollywood Triple and good enough for 2 adults & 2 kids. Booked the room located in 'New Building" on 3/F which was convenience as same floor as Reception where lift could access in between Carpark & Guest Floor or you have to switch lift if you stay floors above. Parking fee JPY$1200 for overnight which was acceptable. You may walk to Kokusai-dori 国際通り商店街 in 10 minutes. Remember to purchase bottles of water for your own before as hotel is not providing any free bottles though a free coffee stand there near the reception, as well as free bathroom amenities. Apart from those, nothing special!

Great hotel~

The hotel is just near the station, it is very convenient. Opposite to the hotel is a 24hr supermarket. Although it is a local supermarket but you can buy all your need out there. Besides, it is just walking distance to the downtown with many shops and restaurants.

Hotel Azat is just next to Asato monotrail station which makes shopping and dining easy

We stayed at this hotel at the start of our trip and returned on our last night in Naha. Their service was very good and the rooms are clean and comfortable. The staff even remembered us. Area around the hotel is convenient as well. Great stay!

We were travelling for our anniversary and the hotel upgraded us to a bigger room. First they unknowingly gave us 2 separate beds but were quick to prepare another room for us. Only a room in the smoking floor was available but since we are non-smokers, they made sure the room was cleaned again and an ionizer was placed in the room. Room was comfortable. Service is great!

literally next to Asato monorail station. Very near to Kokusai Dori Street too. Check in was smooth and reception helpful.

The location was wonderfully convenient. The staff was exceptionally helpful and generous. They helped us in so many ways to navigate around the city. We were treated like family.

About 10mins walk to koudasai Street for any cafes or restaurant. We were given a 3 bed room as they ran out of twin room. A bit cramped. Bed was comfortable with night light and charging point at each bed. Reception was crowded every evening, probably handling big groups. Basement carpark. Two different lifts for rooms and out of hotel. A little confusing. Overall, a pleasant stay with excellent location.
