We enjoyed our one night stay with our dog. Peggy was very kind and friendly. The house is quiet, very clean, and beautifully decorated. The second floor room in which we stayed has access to a spacious balcony overlooking the river. The house is conveniently located in a very safe area. We took our dog for a walk in the nearby park along the river. There are many dining choices within walking distance. The hot breakfast was delicious. We couldn’t ask for more and would highly recommend to our friends and fellow travelers.

2nd time we have stayed here. Wonderful warmth of an older home and great hosts. Also near the small town of Clearfield. Walking distance to antique stores, local owned shops and local owned restaurants.

This property is amazing ! So many details and decoration and is extremely clean. Peggy, the host is very nice and sweet. Breakfast is really good . Best banana pancakes:)

This is a beautiful old home lovingly brought up to date with attention to detail and modern conveniences. There are antiques mingled with momentos of the owners family throughout for a charming & unique atmosphere. Peggy is a gracious host who adjusted to my many dietary restrictions and still managed to provide a different delicious breakfast every morning.

Made a great break from staying in chain hotels. Everything was a good as described and the breakfast was excellent.

This was our second visit here, again, stopping off on during a long car journey. We can't reconmendation the b&b enough. It's got real character, personality & genuine good feel to it. It's realky clean, beautiful, good location, not far off the 80 and the family that run the B&B are so hospitable, you leave feeling like you've just visited friends.

Our stay was wonderful! The B & B was immaculate, beds were super comfortable, breakfast was delicious, innkeeper was a magnificent host and it was an overall fabulous experience. This was our first B & B and won’t be our last visit. The innkeeper was very knowledgeable about the area and gave directions well. I was worried about it being an old home that it may smell musty but it did not. My allergies also did not bother me during the stay. We would definitely stay again.

Peggy was a wonderful hostess! An excellent cook, too. We almost felt like we were staying with friends - or colleagues, maybe. Nothing impersonal about it; though there was privacy when we needed it. The rooms and space were very comfortable and attractive. I hope we can think of reasons to come back (Clearfield is my hometown; but there aren't many relatives living close by anymore!).

Peggy is such a gracious host. She and her staff were so friendly and helpful. The breakfasts were absolutely delicious and abundant. We plan to be in Clearfield next spring and will definitely give Peggy a call to check availability!

The home is so beautiful and the bed was very comfortable. I enjoyed long hours on the private balcony. The owner is so genuine and personable too.

I had a wonderful, albeit short stay at this property. The host was gracious and reached out the day of my visit to verify arrival so everything would be ready for my stay. The accommodations were perfect and the morning breakfast was delightful. The town was also lovely and historic and within a short walk from the house. I will definitely stay here again if my travels bring me back to the area.

The loft is very spacious and comfortable. Peggy, one of the owners, is lovely. Breakfast was delicious. We will be back!

Everything that we had hoped for in a B&B. Beautiful home, wonderful hosts, and a hearty breakfast complimented by exceptional coffee. This was our first time staying in Clearfield and we had a great meal at Moena's restaurant and then spent a good portion of the evening chatting with locals while enjoying some adult beverages at the Race Street Brewery. Very enjoyable stay and we will come back the next time our travels bring us this way.
