Stayed over 1 night room was clean and comfortable. Staff was friendly and quick to check you in. The complimentary breakfast was great and well stocked with numerous food options

Location was ok for a stop over. Room lighting is not friendly and it's depressing, you can do better. And what the heck is it about this tipping business. Now it seems that everybody Tom, Dick, and Suzy feel they should earn tips for what use to be doing your job, I'm really tired of it. Darn hotel allows these requests to be posted in the rooms, why? This is not service above and beyond, yours is not a 5 star hotel, ridiculous! Is it just that people are getting used to being guilted into this kind of thing. Pursue quality customer service and allow the customer to decide if a staff member has earned a tip, and quit soliciting for it. I will not be back.

Stay was great. One big suggestions is to let people know that there is nothing hot after 830. Breakfast to 930 but eggs etc to 830. We dont blame you but let people know at check in. !

Stay was comfortable- but we found it odd there were no overhead lights in room and was very dark— they had a pole lamp in a corner and night lights over bed - but could hardly see clothes in my suitcase dressing next morning without opening shades so everyone could see you dress— just odd!

This location is easily in walking distance of shops and dining selections. Easy Parking as well as quiet.

Couldn't shower, there was hair on the floor of the shower. Something sticky on the table. If i complained about it probably would've just cane and washed it done vs washed it. I still wouldn't have been able to shower knowing this. Gross. Doors and furniture need to be sanded and painted to match upgrades.
