Overall the property and staff were nice, but the room, mostly the bathroom, was quite dirty.

The front desk staff are wonderful...so helpful and welcoming and friendly. Very comfy beds and room in general. Only thing i didnt like was lack of exhaust fan in bathroom.

Breakfast was great, make your own waffles, pool water nice and warm, bed was comfy, 7 minutes from stadium

The property is nice at a first glance. The bathroom was not that clean and the staff was not helpful. I was traveling for business and needed all my receipts for reimbursement. When I asked for receipts for any additional drinks or food purchased at the front door, two different staff members stated it was not simple to print individual receipts and it was only convenient for them if i had charged it to the room. Because of this I will not be getting reimbursement for several food items purchased there and I will not be staying there in future business trips. I had no problems at any other hotel that I have stayed at.

I made the mistake of booking my room through Expedia. I booked a room with 2 queen beds and a rollout couch. I was traveling with 3 other people. When I got to my room, it had 1 king size bed. The desk clerk said there was nothing he could do because I didn’t book directly with the hotel and no other rooms were available. So I paid almost $400 for a room that I had to sleep in a bed with 2 other adults.

Having dietary restrictions can be difficult when traveling... I know it's just a little thing, but having an alternative milk option that I could put in my coffee before a long drive was great! Thank you!

The hotel was nice, clean, good space in a room since we stayed with 2 kids. The only thing was a front desk who had attitude when we arrived as well as when we were asking questions. Other people had to check in and wait for this person to come out from the room he was sitting in.

The downscale motels immediately behind the proper was not usual or expected

Had toilet back up twice during our stay. Staff was quick to respond. Also, tv cable wasn’t working, staff fixed in timely manner.

I had a mixed experience. Unfortunately, the hotel couldn't provide me with a room key due to a system issue for the majority of my stay. This was quite inconvenient as I had to rely on staff to access my room each time. It wasn't until the last night of my stay that the issue was resolved and I finally received a key. Adding to the frustration, the front desk staff were not exactly apologetic for my inconvenience and the situation. This indifferent attitude significantly diminished the overall quality of my stay. Aside from this, the room itself was clean, comfortable, and well-maintained. Housekeeping did an excellent job, and the amenities provided met my expectations. The breakfast offerings were standard but satisfactory, with a decent variety of options to choose from. The common areas, including the lobby and dining area, were kept tidy and in good shape. However, the key issue and the indifferent attitude of the front desk staff overshadowed what could have been a pleasant stay.

All accommodations were great. Everyone was very friendly. Breakfast in the morning was yummy and good coffee.

Room was clean and comfortable. All staff was very friendly. Pool was open. Breakfast was wonderful, Mike was amazing. He was very friendly and efficient with keeping items tidy and filled at breakfast. He's a major reason we'd come back. Truly someone who takes pride in his work and that's rare these days. Breakfast was full stocked with 20 minutes left of the buffet. Thank you for making our stay on the 4th of July wonderful, especially with being so packed, we will definitely be back.

Always very clean. Odor in room, odd film on window. No conditioner or shower gel in shower. No info from the staff that checked us in. Not horrible by any means but also not typical Hampton experience

Location was convenient to our destination, the ac in our room was noisy. Overall wasn’t too bad.

Everything was great, but the overall cleanliness of the hallways and hotel room/bathroom could have been a lot cleaner.

Stayed one night for a family event. Rooms were clean and beds were comfortable. We asked for a handicapped accessible room. Good shower for such, but the room with two queen beds was small and the wheelchair was hard to maneuver here.

Staff was friendly and helpful especially Frank. The facility was under construction, but still clean and customer accessible.

Staff‘s service is horrible

The hotel itself is in fine shape, but management is lacking at every level. They want to provide service on the level of the Hamburg hotel (no daily maid service), but the want to charge rates comparable to the Hilton. They are completely out of touch with guest services and they are near available to address issues. The surrounding area is very unsafe. Cops were at the adjoining facility every day of our stay. I worried about my car every night.
