Huge rooms, good breakfast except buffet refilling was very slow, staff isnt that helpful, i asked late checkout for just 1 hour several times but i was simply told not possible

One El Nido suites is exactly as described, although the location is at the north end of Coron Coron beach and not where Expedia shows it. This was better for us as we could walk to El Nido beach town in 10 minutes. You are also right next to the jetty at Coron beach which is excellent for island hopping tours. The facilities and breakfast are basic but what you would expect from a 3 hotel. The staff are really helpful and friendly, even helping me setup a local SIM card on my phone. There is a convenience store next door and across the road that pretty much sell everything you might need and restaurants at Coron beach are within walking distance.

The property was clean and the beds were comfortable. The location is within walkable distances to downtown El Nido and bars along Corong Corong beach. (I highly recommend stopping by Sip Sunset Lounge around sunset for great drinks, great service and cool vibes). You can also easily take a trike to Las Cabanas beach from this area for the best sunset views. When we arrived in El Nido the hotel had forgotten to pick us up at the airport even tho we had confirmed within 48 hours and had to wait about 20 minutes for a pickup. Also note that WiFi does not work in all the rooms and you have to go into a common area. Aside from that the rooms were clean and that does go a long way. I would stay here again.

Great rooms,quiet, great front desk staff. And the staff at the entry doors were always polite and friendly. All the staff were great. Food at breakfast was very good and was delicious and different every day.

The hotel was very closed in the island hoping ports, it’s only on their back and walkable. It’s very cleaned and very good location. All the rooms are big!

We would give 5 stars just for the staff alone. Your staff is truly amazing! Each one is extremely friendly and very accommodating. Our room had a view of the beach which is so nice to wake up to every morning. The room is spacious and has everything we needed for our stay of 7 days and 6 nights. Thank you for taking care of us! We will definitely choose you again.

The hotel is unassuming on the outside however within, the rooms are very spacious and all amenities such as a kettle, drinking water, hairdryer, toiletries and mugs are provided. A hot shower with a rainfall shower head was much appreciated. Our room had floor length windows with blackout curtains. The view of the sea was lovely to wake up to. The AC is adjustable and the beds were pretty comfortable. Hand wash was not provided, however soap was. The staff are very helpful and accommodating. There is 24h security. Security called us a tricycle when we needed a ride, even in Christmas Day. The front desk answered all of our questions and offered suggestions too. We booked Tour A with the hotel for the next morning after arriving the night before; we really enjoyed the tour. The tour guide collected us from the hotel downstairs. The hotel offered complimentary breakfast which differed over the two days we stayed. The kitchen staff were extremely accommodating too. The view from the rooftop venue where breakfast is served is beautiful! We stayed over Christmas break and checked out in Christmas Day however all faculties were available as usual in the hotel. Good location for us, right by the bus terminal where our transfer from puerto princesa dropped us off. A heads up, there are ants throughout all of el nido so would suggest keeping suitcases closed when not being used. There is a supermarket close by with extremely reasonable prices.

Very good hotel in the Silom area Near to shopping, bars , nightlife etc. Super good breakfast , very good resturant and bar at 37 th floor Friendly staff and management Recomend this hotell to 100%

Good location but beach isnt that nice and is a10 minute walk. Buffet breakfast only available on the weekend. Limited selection but what was available was ok. During the week breakfast was ala carte, also limited selection. Food was ok.

The property itself and the staff were great. Breakfast was great as well, everyday. One of my family needed medicine one evening and they did above and beyond to help us. Thank you.

Breakfast is included and the view is spectacular. We just had a problem regarding our keycard not working we had to use front desk key card and also the room that we stayed in has a smell and i think it's coming from the bathroom so we had to request a air freshener.

Rooms are huge, over all ill give it a 2 1/2 star rating

The stay was nice, but they did forget to pick us up at the airport, and the WiFi was down for the first day and a half. But the staff was friendly, the breakfast, while basic, was good.They did accommodate our early arrival which was very helpful. We would stay in this hotel again.

The Hotel is located 5 min. driving away from El Nido town proper it is very easy to go around. My Family and I just walked going to town as its only 15 min away, there are also tricycles that are available anytime of the day. The Hotel look so simple outside the building yet, very spacious once you go in. They have a bank machine onsite in case you run out f cash. Once you get off in the elevator you will be welcomed by the friendly staff who are very helpful to attend your needs, they also arranged our van transportation from Puerto Princesa which really ease up everything for us. I booked a double Bed with a partial ocean view which my parents loved so much. The plus side of this hotel is that they have generator in case there is a block out in the Island which happened when we were there and oh! Yeah, they have Wi fi and Breakfast buffet as well, although I find the food salty and they put cornstarch on everything other than that everything was amazing.
