Because of contactless checkin, Had to call the hotel 2x for different reasons. Questions answered and/or fixed within minutes. Didn’t miss “not” being able to speak with receptionist at a front desk. Everything was very well organized. Enjoyed our stay.

Stayed here once before and was happy with the stay. Fun staying at a historic building in the town I grew up in. The building housed the barber shop where I got haircuts when I was a very young boy which is now the bar area.

Amazing stay. Completely enjoyed our 3 night stay at the Hart House. The room was clean, well stocked and the woman there to clean was very friendly and helpful. If I’m ever back in Medina I will definitely stay again and will recommend to others!

Medina is a hidden gem and Hart House is a reason to return. Place was full of character. We had minimal interaction with the staff,but what little we did have was excellent. Thoughtful and high quality convenience amenities in the rooms were much appreciated. Espresso bar and cocktail bar were amazing. Great stay.

The most unique hotel in the cutest town! We would come back just to stay at this awesome hotel again!

A lovely stop on a bicycle tour.

Great room and location. Only down side was the outside noise and you could hear the TV from neighboring rooms.

Nice rooms and receptive staff but tv had no sound and no bath towels. Problems were solved quickly but these items should be checked each day

The owner is extremely attentive!

This was a totally unique hotel experience for the three of us, a delightful blend of factory-era structure and modern convenience and innovation. We loved the cushioned window seat that extended over the sidewalk just 30 feet from the hub of Medina. Make sure to visit the extraordinary train museum a short walk away.

Hotel management very responsive to any type of request. Room was clean and hotel provided everything you needed with extra stuff in the hallways.

Lovely refurbished old hotel with modern flair and decor blended seamlessly w the vintage. So many artistic touches and thoughtful details. Beautiful shower!!! Located in the heart of downtown Medina, a quaint and friendly town right off the Erie Canal bike trail. We biked from Niagara Falls that morning, arrived around 2pm. Met Andrew who got us settled in to our room. Had a much needed shower and had dinner at the local pub with friendly locals. Overall a wonderful stay in Medina at a gem of a hotel.

I was pedaling the Erie Canalway and Medina was my first stop. I really liked The Hart House. It was convenient and reasonable and had character. Communication and check in was simple. Enough to do around the hotel to have a pleasant evening.

Loved our stay! The room was so clean, inviting, and beautifully decorated! As a lactose intolerant person, I really appreciated the oatmilk creamers you had available, as well as the other extra toiletries, and comfort items in the hall. We also loved the jetted tub and rainfall shower. We are definitely recommending Hart House to our friends!!!

I’m not one to complain but the heat wouldn’t turn on. The water in the tub wasn’t hot even after I asked how to make it hotter. The tv on the wall would not change channels and the front desk man came in unhooked the wire and I didn’t wanna interrupt our stay by having to leave the room til it was fixed. I’m not complaining but now you’re asking me for an additional $100 and the room wasn’t overly messy it was a lil messy bc we stayed the night. There was some extra garbage but that’s expected. That’s what housekeeping is supposed to do. Again not complaining but don’t know why I am being charged an extra $100. They moved my room bc it was too small. And I asked for a cot bc my sister was with me. And no cot. Brought 2 small blankets and a small pillow. We did not smoke in the room but I had to open the window all night to air it out bc it smelled of something in the drain.

It is a very small hotel. About 6 rooms. My room was unique, not your average room. Exposed brick, etc. Did not feel like a hotel

Unique hotel in great little town. Rooms are extremely nice and well appointed. Loved everything!

The room, Brakepad, theme fit with my bicycle trip along the Erie Canal path from Buffalo to Rochester. The Schwin sign on the wall made it perfect. The room was neat and clean with everything I needed. A two minute bike ride to a mexican restaurant made the stay perfect.

Super cute and unique hotel. The room was spotless. We enjoyed the historical touches, and our room had everything we needed for a night away. Check-in was super easy and done via a code as opposed to stopping at a front desk. The meadery and cocktail bar downstairs were fun places to hang, and there were other restaurants and pubs within walking distance.

Historic building, lovely room, sweet community with nice shops and eateries. As this was contactless (no staff present), cannot comment on staff interactions other than text messaging (pleasant). Coffee amenities in room should be upgraded, especially lacking on site staff or lobby coffee; also extremely limited options in town on a Sunday morning!

The hotel was great. The decor was fun and interesting. Really clean. Loved the bed, loved the shower. We stayed in the honeymoon suite with a huge Jet tub and that was great too. Our first time with contactless check in and check out. No problems. Really enjoyed our stay there.
