Staff were super friendly and helpful. Room was clean and AC worked wonderfully.

Nothing unique, it was afewuate

I told the person when we checked out our bathroom was not cleaned. There was a dirty washcloth in the bathtub along with hair in tub. Also bath mat was wet. We noticed dust on the furniture in the room as well. No attempt made by staff to lower our cost of the room.

This property is in an area that is currently being developed. It wasn’t far from any of the places we plan to go. And the quality of the room was very good for the price we paid. I would definitely stay here again.

The lady at check in was lovely and friendly. The room looked like the beds had been laid in, there were bugs in the hall and on the floor in our room, and the grout was missing from the tile in the entry. There were also holes in the window covering. The bed was comfortable and the breakfast was standard - oatmeal, pancakes, sausage.

Enjoyed this location. Easy access to interstate and the breakfast "maintanence" guy was SUPER! Great selection for the breakfast.

Property was well kept. Safe was friendly. Rooms are nice and clean. So far out of the 3 hotels we stayed at on. This trip this one was the best hotel.

Excellent stay after a snafus at check-in. Upon check-in I was told I didn't have a reservation for my 5 night stay that was paid in full and confimed 5 months prior. The hotel graciously allowed me to stay while they investigate the issue. As stressful as the situation was I was always updated and I continue to be updated as to why my reservation was cancelled without my knowledge and Hotels.com / Expedia showed me confirmed and paid in full.

It was great all around!

We visit MO frequently and typically stay at a competitors hotel. However, this particular weekend that hotel was booked, so we decided to stay at the Holiday Inn Express. I was so impressed with this hotel that for now on we are going to stay here. The hotel was very clean and I love the décor. Great location! The staff is very friendly and willing to help make your stay enjoyable.

My family rally enjoyed our stay! We had a busy 2 year old with us and they were so understanding and didn’t make us feel bad about her high energy! I appreciated the staff and we all loved our room!

The hotel was clean and quiet. The hotel was pretty booked during our stay and noise from other rooms was not a problem. The staff were incredibly friendly and helpful! This isn’t our normal hotel during our kc trips but the staff were so phenomenal it will now be our normal place! The breakfast was amazing! They have a great variety of foods and while these foods aren’t outside of hotel norms for complimentary breakfast, the food was hot and fresh (not stale or lukewarm as hotel food can sometimes be) Also, surprisingly good coffee! Our room was clean and comfortable! This is the only reason I gave four stars, our thermostat ac was set on 66 but there’s no way the room got below 74/76, we actually purchased a fan to get through the weekend. However, we didn’t ask for anything to be done about it and I’m positive they would have done what they could to remedy the situation. The hotel is right down the street from dining and shopping so if you don’t want to stray far from the hotel you wouldn’t have to!
