I booked 3 rooms for the nights of 28 May and 10 June. The night of 28 May was fine and the hotel was adequate for our needs. However, on arrival on 10 June after being on the road for 9 hours, the hotel had no notification of our booking. They were able to find us one room and another 2 rooms in the nearby Moxy hotel 400m away. This caused us a great deal of inconvenience and hassle which we did not need at he end of a very long journey. It appears that the hotel had not been informed by yourselves of our booking which had been made several months ago. This level of service from yourselves is quite unacceptable.

Nice stay in Amiens. The hotel was basic but perfect for our needs. Little touches like filtered water in the reception made stay nicer. With other little details making the stay great. Decent location.

The hotel was a short walk from the car park we used. It was a 15 minute walk to the Cathedral, a 10 minute walk to the train station. The bath towels were thin and small. One or 2 hand towels would be useful, as well as the shower towels. Don’t tuck the duvet under the mattress. As you pull the duvet out around the bed, all of the bed sheet comes untucked as well. I had to remake the bed every time we used it.

When I booked this hotel, I knew it was a budget hotel. I mean, it says that right in the name: Ibis Budget. However, I guess I wasn't mentally prepared for it to be a BUDGET hotel. Thus, I should review this place based on what it is, not what I thought it was going to be. My room was very clean and relatively quiet (there's construction going on across the street, which is completely out of anyone's control). Everything in the room is very minimal. There are no hand towels in the bathroom, no tissues (just toilet paper), and no closet (just six hangers on the wall). Basically, you get the essentials but that's it. Nothing more, but nothing less. Could there be more conveniences offered? Sure, but remember that this is a budget hotel, so for what it is, this place is very nice. The bed was comfortable enough, my room was spacious enough, and they offer carafes of filtered water that you can take to your room. And they have good (and free) wifi service. This hotel is about a 10-minute walk from Gare d'Amiens and the center of the city. It's not far at all, but it can feel like a bit of a hike if you have luggage with you. One thing that sets this place apart, however, is the terrific service. All the workers I encountered working at the front desk have all been very friendly and wonderfully helpful. The staff here really need to be recognized for their work.

Hotel rooms are clean and basic but very small, about 10 minutes walk to town centre, staff friendly and helpful, good black out curtains in room. Housekeeping staff made the room up daily. The only problem regarding the hotel which is out of their control is their is currently a building site opposite and during the week they seem to start work about 7 am, other than that bee had a pleasant stay.

Brilliantly clean hotel and bedroom with very comfortable beds in a good location as it was quiet at night, but easy access to the town. Cracking value for money.

The rooms was modern, clean and comfortable. Reception staff didn’t seem to helpful supporting on solutions to securely park a couple of motorcycles out of the way so had to use multiple locks, however, I should have checked this out first before booking! Other than that, it’s walking distance (15 mins) to town centre.

We only stayed a night, the room was clean tidy and suited out needs. However, would have benefitted from more than 1 pillow per person available in the room

A good stay for those on a budget, clean, friendly staff, close to train station, and easily walkable to city. Good price, I would recommend this place and would stay again.

The hotel was close to town, but nicely tucked away for peace and quiet. There is no parking available by the hotel as it’s not provided but it’s available nearby. The hotel is basic but very clean and tidy and a good price.

Very friendly staff. Extremely clean and hygienic property. Breakfast was simple, but was a good value. Close to the railway station. Minor downsides: No desk in the room (Thete was a small movable table). Though not related to the quality of the hotel itself, there is currently a lot of construction in areas around the hotel (earth-moving equipment, dust, ...).

Very good stay. Its a well maintained modern hotel. Simple room but enough for three persons. I would return here.

adequate facilities for an overnight stay whilst travelling back to the UK. Convenient stop for onward journey to Calais the next day
