Lovely hotel. £50 fee on arrival is expected so anyone visiting is aware! Staff (when actually on reception) were great though tv in bathroom didn’t work and her advice was “theres a knack to it”. Not very helpful however I would definitely stay again. Perfect for couples as they put petals on the bed for my birthday. Big enough fridge for food too. Decent on site car park, busy during peak restaurant hours. Book breakfast/dinner slots in advance also!

Outstanding! Stayed for a week for a business trip, liked it so much booked again for the week after. Fantastic staff, amazing food and great rooms.

What a gem, wouldn’t have thought of this but it popped up cheaper than where I normally stay and with great reviews. Room was fantastic and restaurant food was the best. I was ready to settle for a duvet picnic, but so glad I reserved a table. Will be staying here going forward when I am in the area. Great place, wonderful team.

We stayed here as the food in restaurant is excellent and wanted to not have to travel to it. Overall good but walls between rooms thin and bathrooms orientation needs looking at. I think they have tried to squeeze in a bath and shower separately. Either Nice Shower or shower over bath would be good rather than both. The current configuration left little room for toilet.

Everything was lovely. The modern comfortable room, the check in, the kindhearted friendly people at the desk and in the restaurant. The food at the restaurant was exceptional and plentiful and and dinner included gratis appetisers and even a “pre dessert” dessert! The Italian owner and chef, so friendly and generous even came out to meet us. The exceptional concierges helped me find where my relative was laid to rest. Their research and knowledge of Scunthorpe were invaluable and I owe them deep feelings of gratitude 😇😍

We were happy with the hotel. The restaurant is very good for dinner. The rooms on the first floor look into the parking lot. Ours was the first room off the lobby and it was quite noisy. I would definitely go back but request a different room.

Had a fantastic stay, Pierro and his staff are warm and welcoming. The food at the restaurant is top notch and the rooms are spacious and clean.

This wasnt our first stay here and it certainly won't be our last. Scunthorpe isn't renowned for anything good so this really is a diamond in the rough. A boutique syle hotel room starts your experience and the excellent service starts there and continues throughout. We visited shortly after Covid restrictions had lifted enough to get out and enjoy a night away. The staff handled the new normal well and it didn't detract from our experience. If you stay here, you have to go next door to the restaurant. Excellent service and amazing food. It isn't cheap but is so worth it. Done properly with drinks, expect £150+ for the meal but you will most certainly enjoy it. The staff look after you and attend to your every whim. Would highly recommend both the hotel and the restaurant.

The room was very comfortable, lovely bathroom with separate bath and shower. Quality toiletries. Fridge & excellent hospitality tray too. Continental breakfast suited me nicely as I don't eat a cooked breakfast, but it was available should you wish it. Staff very helpful. I wouldn't hesitate to return here!

The hospitality was amazing!! The food did not dissapoint either. I have no single criticism for this hotel as they went above and beyond to make the stay unique.

We needed early breakfast which they brought 2 our room the night before which had cereal, fresh fruit, croissants, yogurt and fruit juice. There was fridge in the room so nothing went off. We had evening meal in restaurant which was one of the best meals we have ever had. Would definitely stay again but town very run down.

Lovely, friendly locally owned boutique hotel. Super comfy bed and great decor.

Great place to stay for business. Funky design, nice attention to detail and some nice extras (fresh milk and carrot cake). Bed was very comfortable. Dinner in the restaurant was amazing at a really fair price (two-course meal deal). Would definitely stay again!
