This B&B Resort offered a great overall experience with friendly service and excellent breakfast provided promptly each morning. The rooms exceeded expectations in both cleanliness and comfort, and the property was immaculate and quiet. We enjoyed the onsite games, pool, hot tub, kayaks, and general grounds. Would highly recommend this property for any friend or family even in the Finger Lakes!

The property was in a great location on the lake and had beautiful grounds. We had a small mix-up on our side with travel plans but Karen was great and worked with us to make sure all was well. We see why all the other reviews show the property as exceptional and would highly recommend!

Room was great. Very clean. Property was right on the lake and they had a pool. Full fridge in room. Very quiet. Hosts Don and Karen were very nice. I would absolutely stay there again!

Beautiful views of Lake Seneca. We especially enjoyed the tranquility of the view. The hosts were friendly and the property was impeccably maintained. We left our stay feeling recharged to go back to our daily grind. Hope to come back soon!

This property is absolutely beautiful. Our room was perfect with a view of the sunrise over lake Seneca every morning. Karen is a wonderful host with good knowledge of the area so take advantage of her recommendations for restaurants. We look forward to staying here again in the future.

The Waters Edge B&B is wonderful. The property was very clean and the owners were very accommodating. The house décor was beautiful, the breakfast was delicious and the view was amazing. We will definitely stay again!

October is a wonderful time to stay at this B&B. It is so clean, spacious, quiet and beautiful. We loved the fire pit and swimming in the refreshing and clean Seneca Lake waters. How wonderful that every room has their own little patio! The breakfasts that the owner Karen prepares are to die for. We didn’t eat all day after her breakfast meals! We also appreciated that you access your room by code and don’t have to carry around a key card. Guests are also trusted to have full access to towels, toiletries, coffee, tea, etc. at any time. A truly great stay!

My husband and I were very happy with our choice of Water's Edge for our getaway weekend. It is even better than pictures show, and really right on water's edge. Quiet location, beautiful room and bathroom. Everything was high quality and immaculate. Our room was exactly as pictured. There were many amenities that we did not use, just sat on the dock and relaxed, watching the boats, jet-skis and kayaks, even a dog on a paddleboard! Breakfasts were delicious (we had to ask for less the second day). You make you choices from many options the evening before, including time and location-- room, your patio, great room or shared patio. We loved being able to walk out our sliding glass doors to enjoy breakfast on our private patio. Owners Karen and Don genuinely wanted to make our stay enjoyable. Karen's recommendation of the Spotted Duck for ice cream (a few minutes drive out in the country) was a real winner!

We had such a great time at The Waters Edge. Do yourself a favor and book this wonderful B&B on the lake. Breakfast was delicious, the amenities were great, and you’re close to all the fun Geneva has to offer.

Amazing room which the owner upgraded us from a queen to a king bed. The breakfast in the mornings were very filling and very good. I loved my omelette.

It's the best one we ever have. Right there in front of the lake. Hot tub! Fire pit and natural gas fire pit. Everything in front of the lake. Even the dock. The lobby has a pool table and shuffle table. Even kayak. Breakfast is so good.

Waters Edge is perfectly located on the lake and within a short distance of many local wineries, restaurants and towns. The property has spectacular views of the lake with access to swimming and kayaking. With plenty of amenities on the grounds that include a pool, hot tub, fire pits and recreational games it is easy to enjoy Waters Edge day or night, rain or shine. Karen and Don are phenomenal hosts. Also, the daily breakfast was the best we’ve had. Highly recommended!

What an amazing stay! The Waters Edge B&B Resort is extremely relaxing - we will definitely be back and will be recommending this spot to everyone we know. The owners are fantastic and extremely helpful. The location on the water (with kayaks available to use and a gorgeous dock) is idyllic. The location is near plenty of great wineries - we highly recommend!
