Great place to stay when coming into the Melbourne/Palm Bay Area. Central to all amenities, airport and multiple food places. Will definitely stay there again on next trip

The hotel was very clean and felt very safe. The staff are excellent and very friendly. We had an issue with our TV and it was sorted immediately by a very pleasant young man.

Staying at this hotel was exceptional. The cleanliness was top notch. Other hotels should take note! Even thier baseboards were clean! Things you notice when you have a baby crawling around the room. Breakfast was delicious and the hotel smelled clean not like that overwhelming chemical smell that other hotels use. The staff was super attentive and friendly. We loved our stay!

The room was spacious and clean. The staff is always excellent. I love the free breakfast. It's located in an excellent area.
My only complaints were 1) The shower was not great. Poor flow, took a while to heat up 2) The gym is not great. It's very small and has almost no equipment other than dumbbells and cardio machines. The Hyatt Place at Melbourne Airport has a spectacular gym by comparison.

It's been years since we've seen good ole hospitality. Most hotels we've stayed at over the years, we noticed a trend in poor customer service. We had actually resolved ourselves to the fact that it's the new norm. UNTIL I CHECKED IN HERE. Wow. What a breath of fresh air, a pre-covid flashback to times when you were greeted with a smile and small talk. Every employee we encountered at this hotel were pleasant, smiling, eager to help and courteous. I applaud them for maintaining this level of hospitality.

We are visiting the US on holiday from Scotland. This is our 15th time and as reasably regular tourists to the US the hotel was everything we have come to expect fom a hotel in this price range. The only minor issue was the air con unit in our room which was exceptionally loud. The hotel was very clean, the staff were efficient and the breakfast was very good and well stocked.

Great Hampton. I want to give a shoutout to Cassie (front desk staff). Cassie was working longer hours due to a call in. She was justifiably tired. She still greeted me with kindness. Greatly appreciated that.

My overall experience was amazing! I was so grateful to be able to check in a little early. The pool was nice and my room was phenomenal. I didn't want to get out of bed. The place was constantly being cleaned and the staff were extremely kind. 20/10. I would definitely recommend.

We had just spent the previous night at a TRU hotel by Hilton and we were not favorably impressed. The Hampton Inn and Suites was a pleasant experience. The staff was efficient and friendly, check in with our pets was fast and easy. The room was clean, pleasantly large and comfortable.
