This place should not be on this site. When i walked in the room it smelled like raw sewage. Called the office and they sent someone and he just mopped in one spot. Oh did i say there was no towels in there. When we left to get something to eat the door would not lock. I finally was able to lock it by pulling the little things out that goes in the lock. When i returned my key didn't work and the man that mopped just passed by and unlocked it. I gathered my stuff and left and drove back home.
I guess the sand is right you get what you pay for.

It looked nothing like the pictures. Even manager said he’s been trying to get the pics updated. Office is under construction. Manager has to be called to come to office. I think he’s the only one there. He’s very nice though. The room was not even mediocre. I couldn’t stay. Left and got a room somewhere else. Didn’t get a refund.

the room that was reserved on expedia site was not even a room offered at the hotel. The room that was given had exposed wires on an outlet none functioning sick. Room had to be changed

Very dirty hotel, extremely rude staff from the front desk to the owner! My room had no hot water for my whole stay, when ask reception if they could please address the issue they refused they also had other free rooms but they refused to even switch room so that I could take a shower. I would not recommend anybody to stay there are better places.

Filthy hotel. No trash bin in the room. Shower had no water. The door key did not work. Had to ask the front desk to open the door using master key. Although I was told they would fix it and give me a card key, it never happened.

The room was a low budget and truly a 1 star. Towels were limited. Extremely dirty in rooms, walls, furniture, table tops, bathroom. Light switches, remote missing. Bathroom was disgusting. I had to pre-wipe everything down with Clorox wipes and the black and brown grime was horrendous. Check in not available until 4PM.

SHAMEFUL BUSINESS PRACTICES! In this entire area, hotel rooms are not available due to the recent hurricane. I travel for work and made reservations for any available room. I reserved 2 days and NOTIFIED the staff that I may only use 1 day, as my job may complete earlier than scheduled. This would free up a room for anyone who is suffering from the hurricane. I went down to check out, noticed a man on the phone behind the desk and a woman, who looked DEATHLY AFRAID to respond to me when I asked, "Are you the manager?" She, timidly, responded, "I'm the Assistant Manager". I proceeded to explain who I was and that I had Expedia call them to make the room available and I would like a refund given to my card so that the room can be made available, immediately to someone in need. The gentleman hung up the phone, only to berate me and stated, "I already told EXPEDIA that I will NOT refund the card! YOU are the reason that we had to TURN PEOPLE AWAY, YOU!" I stated that I had explained that I had spoken with the clerk the day I checked in that I will be leaving early and that I would speak to Expedia, etc. He said, "I am not going to refund you, it is what it is!" I stated, "So, you will let a client CHECK OUT, and charge someone else for a room that is PAID FOR?" He stated that it was NONE of my business as he took the card key off of the counter.
I understand that ANYONE in the affected area will use this hotel, due to the need. EXPEDIA should not do business with this hotel.

Flea bag it didn’t even have no comforter on bed. The ice machine was broke. Shaft looking characters outside room. I didn’t feel safe

The place was pretty decent are the cleaning crew the little bit of little bit better but overall it was pretty clean just a few spider webs and a few spiders that we had to get rid of though working a smoky smell to the room staff was very courteous very friendly very helpful was able to check in without any issues I didn't want my credit card charge which hotel.com was not supposed to do that it wouldn't be used I want to pay cash for by the time I checked they had already use my car so that was one of the bad things I'm usually use expedia.com and I'm not sure I may go back to Expedia but overall pretty much satisfied there was no phone in the room that was a little bit of a negative and the wife I was very very very slow so that's something that they need to work on if you're going to offer a free service make that service accessible and usable overall it wasn't bad for the price everything else I usually go was booked so I went here and it's all right

I liked the convenience and price. We stayed there 3 different times. The last I left my phone charger in room. When I discovered I left it in the room I called hotel and got the run around. They said house keeping took it and I will have to wait until the next day to ask them where they put it. The point is my phone is less than 2 weeks old and I can't get a Motorola charger off a store shelf.

Cool little place for the price. Close to freeway so kind if noisy. But i was on a budget so it worked for me.

Second day was good in a better cleaner room the 400 side . Just the ac had a lot of dust...but customer service was very good...comfortable beds too. dust on the counters too
