Lovely room and great location. Room service for snacks was limited late at night and expensive. No biscuits supplied with coffee facilités or mini bar snacks. Parking was very expensive.

The bed was too soft and the gap between the 2 beds to make it a Queen or King kept widening during the night, so very uncomfortable.

Shops are right there. Short walks to Docklands and along the Yarra. Staff were very helpful and I got a free room upgrade.

It was a lovely stay. The room was clean and perfect for single or couple. Convention centre is just next door, DFO is right opposite to it, Crown Casino and tram stop are of walkable distance. Overall, I was happy with it.

The convenience was great. The staff were amazing. Breakfast was handy and smooth running. My only pain point was that my ‘king’ bed was two single pushed together which meant sleeping in the middle of the king bed wasn’t what I was expecting I paid for…

Parking was quite expensive , considering clients use the hotel for the weekend , other than that parking was convenient .

Temperature in the room was sweltering hot. Controller wouldn’t work. Reception was so unapologetic about it.
We stay in Novotel every time we visit Melbourne. We pay for the parking at the hotel reception. This time staff refused to help with the parking as well. We end up paying $98 for overnight parking.

Restaurant service was good, however the manager guy needs to empower his staff to do their jobs independently to improve efficiency. Every time a meal came out with a member of his staff he would intercept and deliver to the tables...

Given that there was a massive event on at the convention centre, there were only 2 staff on at check in, and they obviously had to assist the current hotel guests questions, it took a while to check in for some patrons, but the staff were very professional

Accomodation was very good. Check in service and reception and concierge staff all lovely and friendly.
Room service meal however was terrible. Basically inedible Bahn mi roll.
Also although the restaurant was promoted as being open until 10pm, I couldn’t get a coffee at 9.30pm. Maybe advertised times need to be revised.

It was a quick trip into the city and it was great we coukd have everything in one location. Had a lovely dinner and breakfast there, easy parking and great location. Loved the city lights at night

Great location. Just across the walk way to DFO great for dropping those purchases off from shopping and go straight back out again. Great accommodation for a weekend in Melbourne. Staff are very friendly and full of information concerning places to eat or visit. Standard of the rooms are excellent . Very comfy beds. Breakfast is excellent.
