Hot water was very spasmodic

This was the perfect accomodation for our family. Two rooms with double beds worked perfectly for our family. The living space was an added bonus and the extra added things made the stay even better: milk in the fridge was a huge bonus.

Safe parking, easy access.10 min away from the city center.

Upon arrival The apartment was clean and well kept with a great location just a few minutes walk from the town centre, everything we needed was provided even to complementary milk and cereal fresh on arrival. Myself and my 2 friends I stayed with have all agreed we will happily be staying here again during our next visit

No complaints at all. Spotlessly clean. Ample space with all the appliances you need for a comfortable stay. Great location opposite a nice pub for drinks and good food. Ten minute walk into the town centre and all that it brings. Would not hesitate to stay again. Thank you.

In general, the apartment seemed like a good lodging option to me. Everything except for the mattress was great. Sleeping on that bed was a real ordeal. We ended up with pain all over our bodies. The kitchen and the rest of the facilities were magnificent. Although, I would add a coat rack at the entrance and one in the bathroom.

I thoroughly enjoyed the welcome card that was left on the coffee table for me. I felt safe and felt very at home. Close to local pubs and a Sainsbury is a plus!

Everything was clean and presentable. Only Criticism is some cutlery was missing and trays in the oven as there was only 1

Lots of street noise outside the window all night, a fight in the corridor at 2am and someone trying to kick the front door down a 4am

The apartments were very stylish and clean. Only let down was that the bedrooms were small and there was no tv In the bedrooms.

The apartment was lovely, great location and very clean but unfortunately being ground floor it looked out onto the carpark which seemed to be used as a local drinking club. My partner found this very intimidating and although the group were not at all aggressive it was uncomfortable to have people sitting on the apartment's windowsill

Clean tidy and spacious, great private parking. Cooking oil, fresh milk, tea and coffee, breakfast cereal supplied. Good shower. Comfortable bed and pillows

Beautiful, clean apartment just a short walk from Derby City Centre, with free secure on site parking, and in a lovely part of town. It was like our own little home from home. With limited restaurant availability due to lockdown, having a self catering apartment gave us the option of cooking for ourselves or having takeaways delivered. Would definitely return, and would choose a Stay Company apartment over a hotel.

These are a lovely looking set of buildings turned into short stay apartments. I may have been unlucky but the apartment I was allocated (14) was a rather dark affair with a windowless kitchen/living area. The windows in the undersized bedrooms were also quite small. Fine for one night but it would have soon felt oppressive and depressing If i’d booked for longer. Disappointing for the price and misleading from the pictures on the booking site.

The courtyard the property is based around is really nice and the parking was spot on!

The apartment was quiet, clean and well equipped in a great location. U need the sort the guttering /down spout on the front of the building tho ...... it is causing damp on the inside wall of the kitchen / living room .... it’s an easy fix. Enjoyed our stay. Will deffinately look at staying again. Thank you

We had a fabulous time staying in the 2 bedroom apartment. It had everything one would need when staying with young kids. The only issue was that it was not mentioned anywhere on the website or communicated that access to the apartment will only be via stairs. We wanted our elderly parents to come round to see us but they couldnt because of the amount of stairs to climb.
