The front desk needs training; not much information is shared, also, we were asked three times if we had children at the time of check-in without any apparent reason in a suspicious manner like if we were trying to sneak in children; once would have been enough, the front desk person should have seen that the question was not well received by my wife for very sensitive personal reason. Total absence of EQ.

The complex is perfectly situated and is an easy walk to Deauville and Trouville-sur-Mer and the restaurants of both. The decor of the property exterior was looking a little tired but contractors were on site and repainting those areas. The staff were helpful and pleasant. The pool is heated and both inside and outside aspects allowed swimming throughout our stay. Definitely a venue we will visit again as the area has everything.

We stayed 2 nights and we were so pleasantly surprised by the large space of our room and the cleanliness. The staff was friendly and helpful. The property is absolutely beautiful and a walking distance to the train station. We loved it!

Excellent apartment. Great pool.

The location and apartments were fabulous and well maintained and equipped. The only reason I have not given the top score is - we ordered two high chairs in advance and though this was confirmed only one was there when we arrived. - I had to ask for the bathrobes which should have been provided after noticing that other guests had them. - I ordered two cots and thought that they had not been provided because they were folded up in a wardrobe rather than made up. We discovered them after complaining and being provided with two more. - some of the wood on the balcony fencing was rotten at the base making the fence insecure. All of these things (with the exception of the rotten wood) were sorted quickly and pleasantly by the staff and we had an excellent stay.

Great place, kids spent every minute they could in the heated pool. The pool was great but no deeper area for diving etc, room was lovely, great value accommodation.

Heated indoor and outdoor pool was the highlight. Apartment was great and you can order reasonably priced croissants and baguettes at reception for next morning delivery

The room was very clean, well equipped and super spacious. It was very comfortable. The breakfast was good but a bit expensive. The staff were friendly and helpful. The whole place is quite new and in good condition. My only complaint is that the leisure facilities - the pool, lounger area etc. are inadequate for the size of the hotel. This area was completely packed from the moment it opened until it closed, and full of kids throughout. Consequently I didn’t use it. This was partly because it was only open from 10am until 7:30pm. Enlarging these facilities, adding an adults only pool, or simply extending the hours to include early mornings and late at night would let grownups enjoy this and would have made the stay much better as a result.

Excellent stay, great location, brilliantly clean. My only disappointment was the lack of facilities to get a drink as there is no bar or shop and therefore you need to visit a supermarket as soon as you arrive!

Beautiful family suite. Well appointed with a gorgeous view of TROUVILLE-SUR-MER We took an overnight road trip to Paris but the kids were dying to get back to our suite. Walking distance to shopping and restaurants. Great indoor/outdoor pool with view of yacht club.

The pool was great for the entire family. Room was spacious and very comfortable. Bathrooms were very nice. Outside patio was a nice bonus. Staff was very helpful. Location is excellent and on the water. Walking distance to all shopping, eateries and beach. Will definitely come back and recommend to all.

A lot of building work around. Had to report door not working at bottom of stairs 3 times, which was a fire hazard in the event or evacuation. Other than this it was a very comfortable apartment, with good amenities.

Beautiful resort! It is new and decorated so pretty! The grounds and the pool area were beautiful. We loved having 2 full baths and and a half bath. The wifi was super fast! It was within walking distance to shops, restaurants and the casino. It was only an hour and a half drive from the D-Day beaches. We would love to stay here again!

This review is based solely on the incident that happened in this hotel and not regarding the accommodations.My 8yo cut his foot in the indoor kiddie pool. No sense of alarm from anyone in the staff. Basically they wouldnt have searched for HOW he got cut until my husband went back and insisted. They found a piece of glass! They didnt call a paramedic, didnt provide disinfectant, or even an apology. I asked to talk to a manager for an accident report and she seemed surprised. Finally she came up to our room and wrote one up, saying that shed put me on copy. She did not, never got the email. I ended up taking my son to the ER for antibiotics as per the SAMUs direction. Again, no apologies, and not a single word of concern from the staff or manager during the entire time we were there. When we checked out, I had to ask to talk to the manager, and she said this little incident was not a big deal. I want to stress I stayed polite and calm at all times. They, too, seemed nice enough. But their attitude was completely like strangers watching someone get hurt out in a street. Total lack of concern. I cannot say I would be back - a minimum of an apology would have gone a long way.
