Very friendly stafg. Location is far enough away from the city to be quiet, but close enough to bike, scooter or walk if desired.

Great stay. Great restaurant. Fully equipped 24 hour gym. Self service laundry on 3 floors. Indoor garage or park outside for free. Spacious room with new state of the art showers. Full kitchen. Great front desk customer service; thank you Eva. Friendly and helpful housekeeping; thank you Connie. 🙏
This was my first stay across Europe. It was so great that I stayed there again when I returned to Amsterdam before flying back to the USA.

Staff friendliness needs to be improved, especially reception. The automatic check in counter does not print key cards due malfunction, then why ask guest to check in there? The room remote is very slow and impossible to operate TV.

I would like a refund.
This was the worst experience in a hotel I have ever had the misfortune of being a part of. Here is what was not working in our room the ENTIRE stay, we had the suite with the kitchen:
1. The safe was broken
2. The Air Con/Heating was not working, and our room was freezing
3. Wifi was not working
4. The tablet was broken, this tablet gives you access to everything, reception, tv etc. You were not able to call reception as it was broken, and you were not able to adjust the volume on the TV as it was broken.
5. The TV system was not updated, so things like Netflix were not working and needed "maintenance" to fix it
6. The bathtub had clear makeup stains, I have photos
7. Towels had clear black stains, I have photos
I called repeatedly from my phone, to ask for help but because it was in the evening "Geert" told me nobody works in the evenings and therefore we could not be helped.
The next day I went and spoke to someone at the front desk and said can we at least make the minor fixes for the heating because it is absolutely freezing at night, or please move us and please fix the tablet so we can at least contact you. I was told I would be notified if the fixes could be made or if we were going to be moved.
I was not, no fixes were made. The next evening I had the misfortune of speaking to "Geert" in the evening again. There is vide recordings in the hotel I am sure so please look over how this conversation went.

Not super friendly staff and felt that in many interactions. Also. Restaurant didn’t have vegetarian food options. Fuze machine wasn't working and no one had a clue and kept passing the buck..

We chose the hotel as we needed EV charging! However the charging poles were operated by a separate company, that the hotel had NO info about. Poor service and interest to help 😮💨

Thank you for staying in your great hotel. And a big thank you to the man in the nightshift who took care of our reservation and a second room! He was very friendly, patient and a customer-oriented employee. Thank you very much. It was a short but nice stay.

Visiting the hotel was a joy in every way: the rooms are clean and comfy, the staffs are very friendly and open to questions, the breakfast was delicious and you had many options. We were a group of 4 between 24 and 29, all of us had a very good time at the hotel, especially when we made a tour with bikes we lent from the hotel (18 € per day per bike) wich made the way into the city much easier as the location of the Radisson Blu Hotel is on the outskirts of Amsterdam.

There needs to be an improvement with breakfast service. Breakfast was cold and service was slow with replacing foods.
The buffet area was crammed, could be more space.
Even though suites had coffee/tea making appliances, there were no tea/ coffee/milk were in the rooms.
Overall, a great hotel, wouldn’t mind staying again if breakfast service is improved.

The staff are very friendly, everyone speaks in calm tones, there are no complications at all, public transport outside of taxis or rentals is difficult and requires quite the walk to the nearest metro line but thats not the hotels fault. But if there could be something better in the rooms it would be more cups and cutlery or dish soap to clean them. Besides that. 9.8/10 stay worth staying at this hotel.

The room was great! The staff was helpful. The hotel it's self was in a very limited area. A long walk to the store. A long walk to public transportation. When I looked at it on the map I thought it was closer to the center of to Amsterdam.

We arrived late in the evening about 11pm. Check in was quick. Recieved a king vesture of tulips for mothers day. There was no water in the room, when asked the reception desk, husband was told he can buy bottled water, and told by another guy at the desk he can have the tap water in the room as it is the cleanest drinkable water in europe. We booked the premium room, there was only a bathtoom tap, no kitchen.
Onky to be told in the moe ing by a nicer lind lady that we should have got welcome drinks at least, so she sent housekeeping to put it in our room.
The room was dusty on arrival, so clearly had been left empty for a while.
We were told if we needed anything to contact using this ipad system thing. Tried many times, it was not working so my husband had to go down to the reception desk. Last thing you need after travelling. Expected better from radissons.

Overall is a nice stay and quite, but the location is quite far away from the tram station, which takes around 15-20 mins walk.

The first contact point was terrible. The woman behind the counter was very unprofessional and just look into the screen by talked to me. Further she interrupted me several times to asked me to hold on, while she still just look into the screen. Then she told me that the room is not ready and it could take another 1 hour. So the check-in time is 3 pm and I arrived 2:15 pm. How it make sense to wait 1 hour? I forgot her name but after 30 minutes I went to her colleague (another woman behind the counter) who told me that my room is ready to check in. The was very professional and helpful. The communication way of the first contact person was also very unfriendly.

The staff were all terrific and lovely. Super friendly. Nice breakfast every morning, including made to order omelets, etc. Liked the option to not have housekeeping every day. (We were touristing around and not in the room much so not necessary.) We booked a suite for our 4 person group - up on the top floor. The open shower room concept looks fancy and lovely but just a little more tilt toward the drain would be a huge help in not getting a lake in the middle of the room. (This is one of those if-that-is-the-only-thing-wrong-reviews.) Yes, you can walk to the tram easily - about 15-20 minute walk. It’s at the end of a street with office buildings so I can see it being quite convenient if you are visiting one of those businesses.

This is a beautiful hotel and the staff was overwhelmed with guests due to flight cancellations. They were doing their best to take care of everyone. I’m giving them 3 stars because the resturant needs to change their ordering process. We were told to do it over our phones (which we did) only to be told they didn’t get our order. I got an email confirmation that they did. So we told them what we wanted and my food eventually came out. My daughter kept waiting for hers and then we noticed the kitchen was being closed down and when asked where her food was (we ordered together and she ordered bolognese) they said they were sorry for the mistake, but she went without dinner. There was no place else to get food at that hour. Other than that, it was great and I would stay there again.

The property advertises a shuttle from the airport. There is none. When I arrived and questioned the manager she refused to speak with me. When I asked a check in clerk she furtively looked around and whispered that they had changed their availability but weren’t allowed to say that. These are very deceptive business practices. Finally, check in took over an hour and a half at 930 pm. Unacceptable all around.

Beautiful hotel and lovely staff. A bit further out from the tram to the city then we would have liked and no nightlife around.
But if you are ok with that whilst staying then this hotel ticks every box.

Very comfortable, great showers and soft towels. Good outside bar area for a beer. Perfect for relaxing but if you are using public transport, there's a 15 minute walk to the hotel from the tram line.

Lovely hotel - the iPad to access the Tv and for calling reception is a bit of a faff. Ours didn’t work - couldn’t be bothered to sort it. Gave up and used tv the old fashioned by getting off our back sides and turning it over !
