Highly recommend

Everything is good except one main thing. Rooms were hot in midnight and AC were off. We try to get some help but no use. He said that ac will be on for 3 hours. But it didn’t help that much and rooms were still hot. Apart from this, everything is good.

The location is great to me, the lobbies are great as well. It would be better if there is a coffee bar at all times for guests.

The room was livable, but not very clean despite cleaning staff popping in regularly. Bathroom was dirty. Shower head was broken and made the spray go everywhere, so it was always sopping wet on the bathroom floor. Bedding and towels smelt weird, but appeared clean at least. Common room and kitchen area was freezing cold, so it was difficult to stay there. Not the place to go to meet fellow travelers, because it was basically just local homeless people staying there. One of my roommates even brought in their homeless mom around midnight one night. She stood hovering next to my bed for ages, before she went to sit in a corner of the room. She eventually joined her daughter in bed, until her alarm went off early in the morning to sneak out before reception opened. She also “borrowed” someone else’s towel. And ok, I get that she needed a place to stay and generally I wouldn’t care about something like this, except she smelt so bad that it was difficult to breathe and the way she was standing around was creepy. They were also really loud. Both daughter and mom went to the toilet with the door open. Maybe it would be ok if you got decent roommates, but with the crowd I saw hanging around I think you’d have to be really lucky to end up with someone proper. It’s also pretty out of the way from anything really. Good wifi at least. I don’t expect things to be the best for this price, but this place is severely overcharging for their service.

It was really hot in the share room and the aircon was not working also the remote control not to be found in the room I did asked but the girl at the reception just said some one will bring it! Never seen the remote control for aircon. They provided breakfast which was ok, there is a free coffee machine! Overall experience was ok apart from the issues with aircon and lack of attention from staffs.

Affordable, conveniently close to a metro, the bathroom was not too small.

I stayed two nights and it was great. Right beside a metro station. Everything clean. Would stay here again!

this hostel is better than in expected, the location is good and the room has its good bathroom, you can totally relax here after an intense day

The staff was okay, but they do not respond to emails. I had requested to reserve a lower bunk for me while booking, but they neither replied nor had kept a lower bed for me. When they offered the upper bunk, i complained, and they found another lower bed in a different room. This is not at all professional. They do not have maps etc like a good hostel.

I found the kitchen very ill equipped. Whilst it had microwaves and a cooker there were no pots, pans or plates. I stayed in a dorm room and the bunk beds are the flimsiest Ive had in a long time. Didnt feel secure getting into the top bunk and was worried about the poor person on the bottom. The security is good.

I was at Milano ostello just one night, however i was impressed by the cleanliness of the room and common spaces, everything was brand new. Even the staff was always spot-on: polite and helpful. The hostel is just by the Metro Station, so it is quite easy to find and you can get to the city center in no time. I'm definitely going to book again there if i return do Milan.

Overall my visit was great. The reception staff was very accommodating and check in can begin as early as 10am. The place is fairly new so theres only 5 rooms, most are shared but separated by gender. You get fresh linens and towels and a private bathroom per room. Housekeeping cleans everyday. The location was a bit sketchy but its right next to the M1 metro which is very convenient. There is no lounge yet, theyre still building it. But the staff didnt mind if you sat in the reception area to have a drink.
