The room was more of a suite which was nice to have space to spread out. Would definitely recommend if you like to prepare your own meals, kitchen was a good size. Only complaint was the pillows are very small. But for the price, I'll bring my own next time. Plenty of food options close by if you don't want to cook.

A hidden gem! Despite its age, the property has been very well maintained. It was extremely spacious with a separate living room, fully functional kitchen...and two full bathrooms!! We also loved the location. We were just minutes from colonial Williamsburg and within walking distance to MANY dining options. Our only disappointment was that the hot tub is closed after the summer season. We are already looking to book our next trip here over the Christmas holidays.

Love the suites. Used the kitchen a lot and basically made it a temporary home for the weekend while we visited Busch Gardens. Great location to walk to restaurants and shopping, and movie theater as well. Staff is top notch!

Overall it was good. However this am between 1-2am the unit next door was having a dispute causing one party to bang on the door yelling I want my daughter. This went on for about 20 minutes in which we were contemplating calling the police. No one is at the property office after 9pm. Luckily the child was released and there was no further incidents.

The front desk staff was exceptional both my check in person and my check out person had excellent customer service.
T he room was very clean. The downside was that for $362.16 for 2 nights you should not have to take out your own trash for the weekend and I checked in on a Friday it said no linen changes either until Monday. I just went and purchased my own from Homegoods.

I was pleasantly surprised because after I made the purchase I found a review for the place that was 2.5 and I had concerns. But when we walked in my concerns were quieted. It was clean. It was roomy. The kitchen was quaint. There were two bathrooms and the master bathroom was great!. The shower was a very nice size. The blackout curtains were awesome. I really was impressed for what I paid. The only issue was the spring mattress. Not the most comfortable but we were only there for a couple days. If y'all changed the mattresses out or put mattress toppers this place would be amazing! Overall this is a great spot though and someplace I would stay again.

The property is a little dated but very clean, spacious and in an excellent location. I enjoyed having two bathrooms. The reps at the front desk were extremely kind and helpful.
Only cons are that you have to take out your own trash, there is no recycling, and the furnishings are a bit dated.

This was our first time staying here and we absolutely loved the property. The room is like a one bedroom apartment with a complete kitchen! There were also two complete bathrooms! There were only two of us, but there was room for us to have space and privacy, also, the hotel is located close to all major restaurants I do not understand why they charge a $30 resort fee and a $150 deposit after you’ve paid for your reservation, but I guess each company has their rules. Supposedly the $150 deposit is returned soon after your stay. We shall see.

Room was great! Clean, plenty of towels to start, lots of storage for longer stays and enough space that you don’t have to be on top of each other. We plan to come back to the area a couple more times this summer and this will definitely be our first choice for hotel when we do.

Loved the full kitchen! Very spacious and clean. Would definitely stay here again. Only drawback is that the front desk staff called our room and tried to set us up for an appointment for them to sell us a timeshare. Wasn’t interested. Don’t answer the in-house phone unless you’re expecting a phone call. Otherwise, awesome!!
