Very welcoming hosts, we were in Cirencester for a family wedding and they had our room ready early for us. Perfect location, delicious breakfast and lovely hosts.

A great place with very friendly people and excellent breakfast. Extremely well set up rooms albeit a little small for two people with international travel cases.

I had a very nice one night stay at this B and B The owners were very friendly and the room was clean with nice decorations.My only negative comment to make is that a black out blind would be nice as the early morning sun woke us both up ! Would recommend this place to friends and family

Stayed for one night only. Given a ground floor room which was small but perfectly formed. Tea/Coffee facilities plus bottled water provided in room. Small en-suite with walk-in shower(toiletries included). Room was comfortable and spotlessly clean. Lovely breakfast- continental and full English. Welcoming hosts and on site parking available. Great location near town centre. Highly recommended.

This property deserves 6 stars. Spent 4 nights here recently & the hosts Paul & Sue are beyond brilliant! Helpful, kind & generous with their time & advice. The bedrooms are beautifully set up. Crisp linen on the beds - towels thick & fluffy. Sue has thought of everything! And if they don’t have it they’ll source it if they can. The breakfasts are delicious & plentiful. Cooked to your preference. We were in the downstairs room. Very comfy bed. Spotlessly clean. Just be aware the bnb is on the corner of 2 roads & if you’re a light sleeper that might be an issue. I slept with headphones on but husband didn’t hear a thing! If the window is closed though it really mutes it. Such a delightful stay with wonderful hosts. Thank you.

Paul & Sue were very good hosts & went out of their way to make sure our stay was enjoyable. The breakfasts were also superb. Would highly recommend The Ivy House.

Warm welcome, house is beautiful, spotlessly clean, rooms are pretty, very comfortable and cosy. Breakfast was fabulous, beautiful bacon, sausage, egg and mushrooms. Very nice coffee too. Would highly recommend the Ivy House. Just a pity we could only stay for one night.

Booked on behalf of my grandmother for a wedding nearby. The staff were so accommodating and helped her with her bags and got an accessible room for her. Beautiful hotel in the heart of Cirencester, very easy to get everywhere. Would definitely stay here again. Excellent service and a great stay in general!

Paul and Sue are the perfect hosts. Nothing was too much trouble. Breakfasts are delicious and plenty of choice. Rooms are clean and comfortable. 2/3 minute walk into town. What more could you ask for. Excellent.

Great location, you're 2 mins away from centre of town. Clean room. Free WiFi. Breakfast was excellent, one of the very best I've had. Full English, yoghurt, good selection of fruits, breakfast cereal available. Owners are very friendly.

Great overnight stay. Spotlessly clean. Breakfast with locally sourced produce cooked to perfection with plenty of other options. Friendly and knowledgeable hosts. A five minute walk to The Barn Theatre and ten minute walking distance to main town.Highly recommend The Ivy House for excellent accommodation.

We booked a one night stay to explore Cirencester, which we had not visited previously. The Ivy House is perfectly situated for walking into the centre of the town. The room was very clean and comfortable and the breakfast was excellent - we did not need to eat again for ages! Recommended!

The hosts are a sweet elderly couple, which have thought of every possible detail that someone may need in their room. The small and thoughtful touches sprinkled around made our stay extra special. Very clean and cozy. Also, the breakfast is the most delicious English breakfast I have ever tasted! Everything was perfectly cooked. This B&B is a gem and is truly the perfect place for a short stay.
