This hotel is amazing! Service was great, breakfast really good, love the coffee in the lobby and the room. They came in and cleaned every day and it was perfect every day! Our view was the beautiful trees behind the hotel

The hotel is new and therefore in excellent condition. We had a very large and comfortable room with a spacious bathroom. The staff were all friendly and the free breakfast was good and had a great variety of items. Our room didn't have a view of anything but we weren't there long enough to care. The location was excellent for access to highways, restaurants, downtown Oneonta and the colleges. Overall, a great hotel if stopping by Oneonta.

Hotel was easy to get to and staff was friendly, they actually cared about the guests and tried to accommodate requests. Continental breakfast had a variety of different options day to day and was always fresh and hot. The hotel not only smelled clean it actually WAS clean. Overall great experience and would recommend for a stay.

Beautiful hotel- very clean and modern rooms. Staff was super friendly and it's walking distance from a Tesla supercharger. Best Holiday Inn I've ever stayed at.

The bed was too soft. Pillows were nice. The AC was too noisy should be fixed. There was a roach on the floor in the bathroom near the toilet, alive, that my husband flushed down the toilet. Should spray for bugs. The property was clean otherwise. The dining area was clean. Loved the cinnamon rolls! Plenty of towels in the bathroom. They stopped giving the little shampoo and conditioners. Gave only one little soap for the sink but not one for the shower. However I brought my own. Do not like the shampoos/conditioners that they have in the shower on the wall. Tried it once did not like those on the wall. The hotel was quiet except for the AC. Would stay here again.

Everything was great. Our room was very clean and comfortable. Breakfast included is a plus and it was very good. Only one person at checkout and he was on the phone and I was in a rush to leave. That was the only downside. Not really a big deal, otherwise it was a great overnight stay.

Clean and comfortable. However, when I asked for a receipt I was told that they don't give receipts for third party vendors. Surprised by that answer as the other four hotels during our vacation gave us receipts. Especially wanted the receipt as the clerk changed our reservation and then later in the day said that she transferred our deposit. Very confusing

Our stay was great. We were in town for a race day at NY safety track. The hotel is approx 20 minutes or so from the hotel. Every morning they have a great breakfast and coffee is also very good. Facilities were very clean and updated. The fire pit at nice is also lovely. We would definitely stay again!

The only thing that was a little lack luster was the breakfast and the pool. There wasn’t as many options as I expected and only one or two of the food options were bland, but the food was good otherwise and breakfast is free. Online it said the pool was heated but when we went down to swim it was still pretty chilly. They had an outdoor fire pit, easy access to good Resturants and shopping places. The hotel was clean and spacious and the room had a very large tv that could be adjusted and seen all around the room.

This was the perfect spot to get to my work event. The bonus was an EV charging station within view of the hotel. Everything is clean and there is coffee and hotwater available 24hrs in the lobby... loving this stay
