Very comfortable accommodation at a very good price. Well located away from the busy centre but walkable.

Very nice hotel with free parking across the river from Toledo with great views of the city. Nice restaurant with good food and great service. Clean comfortable room with good beds. Very quiet at night for a good night's sleep after walking up and down the streets of Toledo all day.

The hotel is ok, reception staff is nice but barmen is horrible, and the breakfast is not included and a bit expensive. The barman ruined the whole experience in the hotel

Clean and has a nice view

Lovely setting with great views. Rooms large and spacious. Pool opens at 11.30am and wasp problem is all outdoor spaces which makes relaxing at the pool difficult. Nearest shop is 15/20 minute walk.

Great location with views of Toledo

We payed 155 euros what a rip off the property os not worth anything close to that price. It’s old, dirty, horrible beds. Other guests payed 66 euros when we payed 155 euros through your site. Really we felt like you ruined our holiday worst hotel I ever stayed

Photos on the website obviously quite old. Outside landscaping needs some refurbishment. Dining within the hotel quite limited and nothing else within walking distance. Otherwise very clean and modern rooms and staff very friendly.

Lovely stay in tranquil setting a short distance out of town

Property with an incredible view of Toledo. Our room and common areas were clean and enjoyable. The restaurant on the premises was open daily for breakfast but only on Friday and Saturday for lunch and dinner. The hotel is far from any services and a difficult 30 minute walk to the old town, the first 10 minutes of that walk being dangerous. Due to its location the restaurant, even with a limited menu should be opened daily. Also even if we had 30C weather the pool was closed.

Its a pity this lovely hotel with its fantastic location has so few bookings because of the pandemic which means the restaurant is closed mid week. The receptionist was also bar staff in the evening and breakfast staff in the morning.Breakfast was therefore limited but perfectly adequate and staff were friendly and helpful.

We stayed for 5 nights and very much enjoyed our time in the hotel. Given the current situation with Covid-19 cleanliness was very important and the hotel was very clean throughout from the room to the pool area. The staff were very friendly and looked after us very well during our stay. Highly recommended for a stay in Toledo.

Location is a bit inconvenient, there is only one bus to the city center which runs on hourly cadence

Free parking and view were excellent, however my friend was stuck in the bathroom due to a broken lock and I did not feel a small plate of fruit was sufficient compensation for this unfortunate event. Staff did react quickly to free him and mostly friendly and welcoming.

I like the location and how clean everything in the hotel was when I got there.

Room was pleasant but my husband was stuck in the bathroom for 30 minutes. They had to kick door in to get him out. Manager or front staff was not concerned. All they sent was a salad plate of sliced fruit for our inconvenience. Never offered to move us to another room. Door broken during our stay. We also had an issue with the room heater. Never turned out. It was like a sauna in our room. We informed front staff but told us they could not do anything. Beautiful hotel with amazing views.

Wonderful hotel. Spotlessly clean. Bed the biggest we have ever slept in 8ft wide! Staff friendly and helpful. Views across the town amazing and an easy 20 min walk to get there. Parking easy with outdoor and garage options. Meals in hotel good and reasonable

A wonderful hotel. The staff was friendly and very helpful. The view of the old city is fantastic. With the great buffet breakfast it made our stay one of best we have had in Spain. Would certainly stay there again.

Great view from the terrace. Great and helpful staff. The hotel rooms are basic, but comfy. I wish we could enjoy our evening on the hotel terrace a little longer, but everyone was smoking around us.

Nice views, excellent service, lovely property. The perfect place to stay

Hotel was clean with friendly staff and free wifi/parking/great working air conditioning. Lovely pool with life guard and hotel provides towels. They even had toothpaste and toothbrushes in the room. It was our anniversary and they put a nice congratulations sign in the room - very thoughtful. We had requested one bed and were given two twins, but they put them together to make a king & changed the bedding in about 15 minutes or so. We were able to get pool lounge chairs, but noticed a few others had to lay/sit on their towels.We had a rental car, and, Apple maps tried to take us down a dirt road. Fortunately, we eventually found it - no fault of the hotel. Decent amount of parking - we didn't use the garage, since we were able to get an outdoor space - they have overflow parking in a gravel/grass area.
