Excellent view over seaside from the pool

Very nice property.

Really bad service, they were so rude. Bad and pricy restaurant. The tablets at the breakfast was dirty. The beds were uncomfortable. The rooms need a update.

Excellent location and view. Good size for family. BEAUTIFUL balcony area-giant one , with an awesome view. But the swimming pool has got sea water with chlorine and that was not nice for my eyes.the shower was briken needs fucung and the fan too ...new moderation

Everything was impressive! The staff was super friendly and nice. The views are breathtaking. The beach and the pool are amazing.The room was clean and very comfortable. We will be back!! Thank you all for the memorable stay!

Best view i've ever had in a hotel balcony. Staff were very friendly and there to help. Breakfast was nice. Only downside is no wifi in the hotel rooms but good side to that is you find yourself going outside a lot anyway

Staff was extremely nice!

The hotel needs an update as it's a little outdated. The wifi is only available in common areas (not in the room). The pool area is beautiful. We only stayed here for one night so it was perfect for us.

This hotel was a pleasant surprise. It was a short Uber drive to Old Town Dubrovnik and the airport. The pool was wonderful. The food available on property was ok. The only disappointing thing was not having WIFI available in the room.

The place was a bit run down. Staff friendly and apartment clean. Big apartments.

Very beautiful place! Great service by all staff. Wonderful holiday place with pool and beach with breathtaking views. Great area for walking. Room was good for 3 star, nice balcony. Air conditoning working fine. We stayed just for one night to be close to the airport at departure day, but I would love to stay longer, and my son wanted to stay there for a week, he loved it. Great family place. We stayed at several hotels in Croatia on this trip, all the others were 4 star hotels. THIS is the place I/we will choose if back to Croatia

The staff were friendly and efficent. We had an amazing view from the room. The hotel is only a short drive from the airport.There are some small beaches within walking distance with an infinity pool on site. The rooms though slightly dated are clean and comfortable, representing excellent value for money in Dubrovnik.

I would like more options in the supermarket, and higher quality in the restaurants. Apart from that; all good!

Many buildings are in disrepair

Absolutely loved our time here. Reviews were accurate, this place is a bit outdated when compared to other hotels. However, the location and hospitality was unmatched. Incredible views as well!

Amazing place!

Great stay overall. Rooms were clean, good facilities on site that we got to enjoy. Reception team were very helpful too. My only gripe would be the comfort of the bed, but being super tired in the night this didn’t affect my sleep too much. Also, there isn’t many places to eat nearby, which was probably our biggest struggle.

We spent a wonderful week in Hotel Villas Plat 7/24 with my husband and sisters teenage kids. We had a big family room with a huge balcony and a 180* view to the sea. The room and other buildings we popped in were a bit worn, but not so that it would bother that much. We used the pool, pool bar, beach bar, small store, restaurant, the bar next to the store and the reception. Everything worked well and people were very friendly. The pool had seawater in it. And the whole pool area was spacious. The store had snacks, drinks and some things you might need on your vacation (sun hats, pool toys...). The restaurant had a basic breakfast - a little something for everyone. We ate dinner buffet there once (it was not to our liking). The bar next to the store had good basic bar food, drinks and wonderful live music every night. The people at the reseption were kind (especially one young woman with blond hair - a special thanks to her <3 ) and helpful. And they also had a convenient driver service we used :) The whole Dubrovnik area is built on the side of mountains, so there is a lot of hills and stairs all over. Not for people with bad legs! The villa buildings are also up the hill and one has to carry their own bags to the rooms. During the day there is many, many stairs to clime back and forward. But for us it was worth it all. This was our first visit in Croatia and we all loved it! Dubrovnik has a lot of amazing places to visit. The prices were higher than we expected. Thank you!

Hotel seems to be outdated and only bare minimum is done for maintenance on premise and in rooms. Room had so many problems so i only list few: a/c not cold, no wifi in a room, legacy matress, broken toilet seat etc. Staff was friendly tho.

I am amazed that breakfast is included but for some reason a simple task offering hot food is a disaster, don’t offer hot breakfast and deliver stone cold food. The absolutely worst food we have experienced during our 2 Month trip so a lot of hotels but this was by far the worst attempt to serve guests food.Change you food options to cold breakfast.

I like the view and the service in the reception, the food and service in the restaurant it was desapointing. It would be nice if they put more atention to the details in the rooms.

Very dated... just go there to sleep. Nothing else. We didnt use the service, but you can take a shuttle ferry to dubrovnik old port and back for 20 euros. Or 10 euros one way. Food was good for what it was

Really old hotel, terrible beds and restaurant.

Great spot that is just very outdated and worn out. Location is amazing but everything is showing it’s age. Bathrooms at the pool and rooms and rough. Restaurant was dirty with spider webs and dirt along the blinds. Location had so much potential. Saltwater pool with the view is awesome but most of the chairs were broken.

The only negative thing about this place was that the rooms need to be updated. The rooms are kept clean, front desk personnel is excellent. Restaurant service and food is excellent. We stayed the first night and last night of our trip in the hotel, we got there late at night and the kitchen was already closed, the waiter told us that he can order food from a different restaurant for us nearby, something that he didn’t had to do but he still offered that option for what we were very thankful. Even though I saw some bad reviews like for example the breakfast buffet was cold, grumpy old man behind the buffet never smiles, water in the pool to salty, staff is not helpful ect. I still gave this place a chance for the reviews that loved the view and I was not disappointed. The pastries in the buffet were made fresh and my food was not cold. Obviously if you get there late for breakfast the food will get cold, older gentleman behind the buffet was pulite, and the pool. You have a pool, at least two beaches nearby which you can see from some of the balconies. Planty of parking, besides the restaurant in the complex there is an other grate restaurant in walking distance which also had plenty of parking if you ate to tired to walk there and deside to drive. That restaurant has grate food and reviews but you have to make a reservation days before. We tried to eat there on a saturday but were told that there is no availability until tuesday. Renovation aside, excellent place.

Stayed at the hotel as an emergency due to a cancelled flight. Very close location to the airport, nice views from our very large balcony room, accommodating 4. Dinner and breakfast served at the local venue nearby with amazing views of the sea. Not used any other facilities as it was just a brief stop.

Just finished 4 nights here starting off our honeymoon. The room had wonderful air conditioning and was very comfortable and quiet. The staff were all extremely friendly and welcoming. Parking was a breeze. Breakfast was top notch and served right on the water. The private beach and beach bar were beautiful and so much fun. Would highly recommend this as opposed to staying in packed touristy Dubrovnik.

Excellent 3 star hotel. Double room with breakfast in August €80. Great! Brilliant beaches!
