Just gorgeous with so much charm. Also the cleanest hotel I have ever stayed in!

Needs updating. The exterior walkways are a tripping hazard. Loose steps and interlock. No onsite dining or ice machine. After 11 PM the foyer doors lock and you can access a side door that is never locked giving access to the hallways all night long. Not wheelchair accessible as there is a large step up to the room from the hallway. Odd smell in lobby and hallways. No Kleenex provided in rooms or washrooms.

Stayed for one night while in town for work. It was average. Not the nicest finishings in the room but it was clean.

The bed was stained and the room was in poor condition

This was a disgusting hotel. Went in there was a bug on the bed. Curtains were torn and falling off the tracks. The bathroom was dirty. Tiles off and laying on the floor. There were holes in the floor for drainpipes and water pipes that were not sealed creating a fire hazard because of the possibility of fire spread. We left immediately. DO NOT BELIEVE THE POSITIVE REVEIWS.

The people were friendly and polite. The room was clean and spacious. Instructions to hook TV to cable would have been helpful, it needs a coffeemaker as I enjoy my morning coffee, and recommend a box of tissues. We got the TV working and found it the room quite comfortable.

I got there on Friday and left on Sunday. It smelled really bad in the lobby and the hallways. The room didn’t smell as bad but the carpet was gross so I had to walk around with my shoes on. I was gone all day on Saturday and when I got back around 11 p.m the room was not cleaned The bed was not made and we had no clean towels so needless to say no shower until I got home. I will never stay there again.

Bathtub faucet constantly dripping, toilet paper holder broken, cracked sink. TV difficult to operate, no working ice machine, no working elevator, carpet slipping off stairs making them hazardous to use.

Beds are comfortable, rooms are clean and nicely decorated. Staff are friendly. Good value for the money

Outdoor steps should have a yellow strip painted on them for safety.

Despite being a non-smoking room, there was a faint odour of smoke. Perhaps the curtains need cleaning.

Very friendly staff and quick check in. Bed was great. Shower was great. The room really needed to be painted and cleaned. Had to go out and buy soap and shampoo since what was there was not adequate. Also leaving the side door open 24 hours a day is not safe for female travellers. Consider locking and getting a pass key for guest.

Very bad place The cleaning guy knock the door to kick us out before check out time it’s unbelievable guy. No one in the reception to make check out at 11 I just put the card in the desk and left Unrecommended place

On arriving you can see garbage and recycling piled up at the side of the main entrance. Not a secure building as the entrance to the side of the main entrance is open at all times. Room was cleaned adequately. Condition of room was unsatisfactory. Cosmetic issues were ceiling damage, hole in wall under sink in bathroom which was covered with a clear barrier, part of one side of window drape off of rod. Real concern was black mould on ceiling in bathroom.

We loved our stay. The place I very quiet and clean!

The room had a weird smell and was very dusty but the front desk was friendly and clear.

The bathroom exhaust fan not working , coffee maker not cleaned. No water in room ir fridge. No tissue paper available, One small soap bar and the second was broken in pièces. Staff were nice.

Unbelievably bad, the property description and pictures shared here do not in the slightest reflect the poor condition of this motel. It looks and feels like it should be out of business. Few of the issues: - very run down appearance outside and inside - TV and cable box disconnected, we had to assemble and wire to get it to work - bathroom overall very unhygienic, sink did not drain, no fan - creative open wiring close to the bathroom floor, absolutely unsafe - room air conditioning extremely noisy, best turned off overnight - pets permitted, which is great to some, however in our case there was a small dog barking extensively for some time at around 4am - some noise in one of the walls during the night, I do not want to speculated what it could have been - one broken and one empty vending machine - front desk is unattended overnight, so no-one to reach for issues Nothing one needs after a long day. Never again, recommend to stay away from this place.

Excellent service

The hotel is just off highway 11 and Highway 60 area. This is my second visit to this hotel. Very convenient location for all services. Would book again in the near future.

You get what you pay for. Finishes are not great but its clean. Would like the ice machine working but having a fridge and microwave in the room is a plus.

For the price the motel is great. When we first arrived the front lobby did have an ethic food smell. Thankfully it was not in the rooms. The next morning the smell was gone from the lobby. The bed was super comfortable and we have a great sleep. Room is very basic but that is all we needed. Would stay here again.

Not great, tv wouldn't eork, had to call front desk. For tge modt part ok, but people come to sleep, get better mattresses, period

Hotel was clean and quiet

We had a good stay! My main criteria for a hotel is safe and clean . For that we got our money's worth. The bathroom was in disrepair, tiles cracked ,paint peeling off the wall and old moisture in the walls that was bubbling out of the surface. The fan did not work so that all made sense. The electric lock on the door was loose but my husband tried to get in without a key and couldn't so I was fine with it.the remote for the tv had only half of the buttons working and the alarm clock was broken. The beds could have been more comfortable but most hotels are like that. The service was great and It is close to town. And honestly we only go to the hotel to sleep so we don't need super fancy lol

You get what you pay for. Basic room with the bare necessities. Overall clean but everything from the a/c unit to the toilet mounting is very poor. There was a smokey smell in the hallway. The room will do the job, just don't expect anything more.
