The hotel is amazing and the stay is always great but the breakfast is awful. Everything was cold and hard. very dissatisfied.

When we checked in, your staff was friendly and helpful; her name was Ashley, I think. Morning staff not rude but not friendly. Hotel was clean, breakfast foods were good. Coffee was watery, like the same coffee grounds were used twice!

We love Home 2 Suites. The rooms are very large and generally very clean. The service was outstanding. When we checked in, Ashley was kind and helpful. The room smelled dusty and musty when we got in. I told Ashley and she put an air freshener in it to help. The AC unit did a great job and didn’t keep cutting on and off like happens at so many hotels. The bathroom had lots of mold/mildew on the walls near the ceiling and the wall paper was peeling off. Breakfast was fine - there was a lot of stuff not out that I assume is generally out. Overall, we enjoyed our stay.

Me and the wife did a little one night stay away from our kids. Staycation. This is the second time we have done this at this hotel. The room is always clean and comfortable. Rates are reasonable. Probably will do it again before the end of the year.

Our stay here was good. We were looking forward to the outdoor swimming pool, but it was closed for the entirety of our visit. Everyone was very kind. Rooms were clean. We would stay here again.

Very satisfying stay. Room was quiet and clean. Staff was friendly. Only complaint was last day the coffee and breakfast was out of completely out of eggs, Coffee, waffles. The day before was great so No big deal. Maybe they got busy and I came down at the wrong time.

Facility is great. I have stayed here for both business and pleasure and it Satisfies both. I would say my only issue is the breakfast quality is not that great. There aren’t many fresh fruit options.

Receptionist was not helpful. Gave me a room with a loud noisy AC unit. Refused to give me another room. She also wouldn’t price match…made me go through the hassle of booking through Expedia, when she could have just matched their rate. Stains on the carpet inside rooms. Hair and other nasty debris in shower. Def not worth the $180/night there trying to get

Only thing I didn't care for was "barking" dogs & breakfast closes too soon(10) as we like to "sleep in" on weekends. Made it down to eat at 10:05 and they had put up everything:(. Maybe close at least 10:30? Otherwise great experience.

Ashley, the front desk clerk, was very professional and helpful. Breakfast was just OK, and could have been better. It took too long to refill the breakfast items, and many people had to wait. Once items were refilled, they were immediately taken, causing others to have to wait even longer. This should have been anticipated, as it was a very busy weekend due to State Cheer Competitions. Overall, I would stay again.
